Overall, everything was great! I really wish there was a full size stove/oven, but we made it work. The outdoor space with hot tub was wonderful. Sedona is always wonderful, and the location of this home made the town easily accessible.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate it. So glad to hear you like the location and enjoyed the hot tub amenity. Regarding the lack of full size stove/ oven, unfortunately local city regulations do not permit this but we're glad you were able to make it work with the hot plate, microwave and / or or barbecue grill. We welcome you to return if your travels bring you back to Sedona.

This was easily the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed in! Everything was spotless, well taken care of, and in perfect working order. Nothing was broken or worn out, which made the whole stay feel incredibly comfortable and stress-free.The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a rental. The hot tub was also extremely clean and was a great bonus after a long day.The property was easy to get to, and everything about the stay was convenient and well thought out. Honestly, we were amazed at how affordable this place was considering how nice and well-maintained everything was. You could tell the owners take pride in the property and actually care about their guests having a great experience. We’ve stayed at quite a few vacation rentals, and this one really stood out. Everything was perfect, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Hello there and thank you for the review. We appreciate it and are glad you enjoyed the property. Regarding the hidden fees that you mention I do understand this can be frustrating and confusing. From our side as the Host, the only fee included in your payment to VRBO is a nominal cleaning fee. There is a separate additional Guest Service Fee added by VRBO which it retains. It's our understanding that all guest costs are line itemed in the invoice for transparency. I encourage you to reach out to VRBO to discuss the matter if you feel this was not the case for you.

The art work is amazing too-perfectly curated and several very nice touches around the property that we appreciated. They have all of your needs covered! Convenient location too-walkable to many restaurants.
