Fantastic spot for your family!

This place was in a queit neighborhood and on the main bike trail into South Lake Tahoe. We loved the steam shower and jacuzzi tub. We can't wait to come back in the winter and sled in the backyard hill.

Great Home

This was a great experience, relaxing home. Would definitely come back to it again! Wi-Fi coverage isn’t the best but cellular data worked fine. Either way, when you’re in Tahoe, put the devices down and get outside!

Stay

Beautiful home. Thank you for our stay. If I’m being critical. For what we paid and other families, the home could have been stocked better. We did make our own dinner, the home had no basic ingredients such as salt and pepper. The toilet paper was super cheap and the bedroom tv can be upgraded, the dvd player is literally hanging by wires. Overall the home was very nice and pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Nice cabin close to town

This cabin was very cozy and relaxing. Very private and just minutes from town. The only issue we had was no internet connection for our personal devices. Property management did troubleshoot with us via text but nothing worked to fix the issue.

Hi! Our stay was great, the amenities were Awesone to have washer dryer. Only i wish the TV's were better.the two in the bedrooms didnt work.😟thanks for our stay we were celebrating our 43yrs.thank you so much for everything!!!❤🧡💛🤗

Home away from home (Almost)

Overall, this home had most of what we needed as a home away from home. However... There was hot water issues. Water ran out within min of showering and then turned ice cold. This was quite frusting to find out after hiking all day and hoping to come back to a nice hot shower only to find it was short lived hot water. The master bedroom has no door on it. There is no smart devices or smart tvs in either bedroom... only a dvd player. There were no BBQ tools available. We were unable to control the temperature, as the house is controlled by a nest thermostat which was on a temperature schedule. We would constantly wake up hot with very dry air. Outside of my concerns, the house was very clean and located in a great location.

Awful House

Vacasa services were good, unfortunately the house wasn't. Half the outlets didn't have power so the TV, dishwasher, washing machine & several lights didn't work. A bedframe was broken, a matress had a big awful stain on it, hair in the bathtub. Very disappointing & would not recommend this house.

EVERNESS DAWN RETREAT

At first glance the home looked beautiful and well kept. After staying for the night and using some of their dishes and things, it's not as nice as we thought. Some of the dishes were chipped. A pot we wanted to use had no handle on the lid. On top of that there were mice running around the kitchen and livingroom late at night. When I swept around kitchen, dining and living areas there were mice droppings. We also found mice traps under cabinets. Overall nice spot but needs better upkeep.

Extremely Disappointing

“Bait Box” in the living room. Not sure if anyone ever checks it. Dirty dishes with food put away in drawers. 2/3 TVs aren’t smart. House has no cable tv (listed) why have a tv in the room then? Had to remove brick of ice from freezer to use ice maker. DVD player hanging from mounted tv Fireplace didn’t work. DNA stain on couch. Also couch is 6/7 pieces and none of them attach.

Not what we rented

House was advertised as 3 bedrooms. It has one bedroom and two open bedrooms in the loft. Only one bedroom is private. It was advertised as being in South Lake Tahoe but it is in Meyers and you cannot get the address until you rent it. Both VRBO and Vacasa charged rental management fees. VRBO was not highlighted in the total price and was billed separate. The hot tub barely fit two people and the bathtub is bigger. Overall paid xxx for night that rented for less than half thanks to exhorbitant cleaning fee for one night and management fees on top of management fees. No key. Vacasa only gave the garage code and did not explain you must enter/exit through grarage and not key code or key..

This is among the best vacation rental experiences I had, given the price range. I wanted to point out that a lot of the problems earlier reviewers pointed out have either been fixed or are not really a cause for concern. For example, during my visit, this place has been equipped with brand new high end washing machine dryer. The big fridge works perfectly. And while the main bedroom has no door, the path to it is so wounded such that there is absolutely no need to worry about people seeing it from the living room. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. Just to name a few. I would definitely recommend renting with Vacasa again.

It was absolutely perfect!! It was close to everything and the cabin was a perfect retreat after going hiking, kayaking, fishing, etc. We absolutely had a blast!!

Over all this is a great place to stay, it is quite spacious. It was really clean and accommodating, absolutely loved the shower/ steam room, it was a great surprise. On the downside the freezer was not working and some of our food was wasted because of that, but fortunately the fridge side worked well, the pots and pans were very new I appreciated that, however there were only four plates and 4 salad plates no can opener and I didn’t think I would have to buy one for this trip, also the washer machine was not working, and it would have be good to know this in advance, these are little things that won’t ruin your stay at all I am sure these things will be fixed for the next tenant. The only thing I did not like at all was the guy coming to the house by 9am and looking inside through the door from his car and parking right in front before we were ready to leave, we felt rushed, please don’t do that for your next guests.

Convenient home. Wish the washer was not out of service but the dryer worked .no privacy from main bedroom to the hallway leads to the bunk beds and stairs but it was nice to see my son sleeping from the main room. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe in the neighborhood and having access to the garage with the main entrance being the garage door was the best for loading and unloading everyone and luggage. Great comfortable experience!

Having access to the garage is very nice. Upstairs bedrooms have no door but is good for parents with kids who need to have supervision. Open concept loft to upstairs bedrooms with no door. Bathroom upstairs was great with nice shower. Upstairs bed is really firm. Wish the dryer was not out of service. No A/c but windows open at night help. Most days are cool and breezy. Nice quiet neighborhood. 15 min to downtown heavenly gondola area. Overall it was a comfortable stay . Not having a long list of checkout duties was very nice! Will come again.

I would not recommend staying here if you want a comfortable place to sleep and relax after a long day at the lake. I booked specifically due to having a washer and dryer yet when we arrived, it was broken. I contacted the host after the first night explaining the issues. No support was provided or sense of urgency to repair or refund or even apologize for the situation. Pros: close to the lake, about 15 minutes without traffic. Garage to park in. Cons: Not clean as master bedroom has red stains of some sort all over the ceiling above bed. 11 digit door code challenging to remember, dirty stained couch, baseboards in bathrooms filthy, downstairs bathroom shower nozzle jams and unable to turn on water during our stay, full size fridge broken and mini fridge provided doesn’t have enough space to hold more than a days food for a family. Mattresses very firm and uncomfortable. No additional sheets or bedding available. Washer and dryer in main images inoperable, host removed images after complaint yet didn’t apologize for false advertising of showing washer and dryer in garage. Overall this put a damper on our trip and would not recommend staying, left early due to cleanliness and not being able to sleep comfortably.
