Erik, we are glad to hear you had a nice stay at Peek A Boo View. We apologize for any inconvenience the internet and tv issues may have caused. Storms in our area can pop up quickly and can affect homes differently due to various internet providers that service our area. When you reached out regarding the wristband and passes, our team was quick to direct you to the community pool to pick up your passes. Our team even followed up with the address to the community pool via text. All information regarding the home (including information regarding the pool passes) is stored in our guest facing GLAD To Have You app that you are prompted to download as soon as you book. Thank you for letting us know about the mattress. We will certainly let our team know.

Thank you for the feedback you provided from your stay over Labor Day weekend. We are so sorry that the home did not meet the cleaning standards we have set for our cleaners. Now more than ever, we want our guest to feel safe and comfortable in the home and would have been happy to take care of any issues you had. We have made some changes with our cleaners and hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to make this experience up to you.

Thank you for your recent review, we appreciate all feedback good or bad in order to ensure a better experience for others. When your family checked out, we did find that a few of the pocket doors had run off the track. Thankfully it was an easy fix! We hope that you will notify us if there is anything that seems out of place on your next visit. We are always happy to help and want to take care of anything the home needs in timely manner. Thank you again and please keep our home in mind in the future.

Thank you for staying with us at Peek A Boo View! We are glad to hear how much you enjoyed this home and the Seacrest Beach area. We have just updated the cable boxes throughout the home and everything is now connected to a faster fiber optic network. We also added a few items to the kitchen to make our guests more at home! We hope you will let us know if we can help you plan another beach trip sometime soon!

Thank you for staying with us recently at Peek A Boo View. Living near the salt water can take its toll on grills so we apologize if this was not working properly during your visit. We purchased a brand new one and it is ready for families that like to grill out! We are so sorry for the internet troubles you experienced throughout your week here. The home is actually well equipped to handle the number of guests that it sleeps and has never been an issue before, leading us to believe it may have been an outage in the area and not related to this home specifically. Our property manager as well a the maintenance team responded quickly to each call and were able to resolve it with a quick call to the internet provider. The tv's in the home do operate off of the internet through a Roku system, but basic cable is available as well. We hope you will consider returning to the Seacrest Beach neighborhood and to Peek A Boo View again.

Thank you so much for your review on Peek A Boo View! This home is perfect for enjoying fun shops and live music every night out in Secrest Beach! We know it was a busy week at the beach but we are so thankful that you enjoyed the home and its location! We've also added some handy instructions on 3pt locks for guest to use in the future.
