Enjoyable Weekend

Reviewer Comments: There was some poor communication in regards to check in between reserving and getting into the place, so I was very nervous about how the stay would go, but the house was beautiful and the online photos didn’t even do it justice. The amount of beach available for guests was minimal but the house and staff communication during the stay was excellent. The house was lacking some kitchen items for cooking, but other than that we had so much space, the furniture was super comfy, and guests of the trip were asking for the link in case they wanted to come back in the future!

Perfect house

We loved our time at this house. The pool was perfect and the living room was lovely for hanging out in. The management company was great and very informative. The only disappointment was that the upstairs lofted bedroom didn’t have AC. Aside from that we truly had a great time

Great House in Seacrest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here. House was as described with multiple large bedrooms so even extended family is comfortable coming along. Staff is responsive to texts about issues or just general questions. The only issue we had was the outdoor gas fire pit was not functional even after they came out to change the propane tank and attempt to fix it.

This house was great!

We really enjoyed this house and it was as advertised. There is a back door alarm that blasts every time someone opens the back door to the pool area, but other than that we loved the house.

Great Beach House

Enjoyed having the pool to relax in after a day at the beach. Also enjoyed the firepit in the evening. The beds were comfortable as were the other furnishings. Easy walk to Rosemary and it was nice to have the bikes also. Overall, it was a great location. I would definitely recommend this house for your beach stay.

Great house but beach access disappointing

The house was exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and it easily accommodated our three families with infants, toddlers and adults. The beach access was terrible and the community pool was closed 1-1/2 days of our stay.We ended up driving to a public beach. It would have been nice to know in advance about the beach access limitations. Management company was professional and responded quickly and checked in with us frequently.

we loved this beautiful beach rental! it was so comfortable and spacious! we enjoyed the pool so much! We all hated the beach experience and will never book in June high time season again- the beach was too small and crowded for the vast amount of people. Too bad the beach chair service company crowds out people that bring their own stuff. we were so annoyed and had to find other beaches.

A hidden gem in a great area!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't begin to describe how wonderful this place is. First, Royal Destinations manages the property and they were fantastic. It's like your own personal concierge. They even had baby equipment we could rent in advance that was waiting at the house for us when we arrived. Check in was easy, the house was immaculate and such a good location! Just a few things: for a house this nice, I was surprised there wasn't a better stove. Also, we often left the property through the back gate because it was a shorter walk that way. But, there is a stump you have to be really careful about and you could trip. I think they should remove that stump because it is a hazard.I also wish I had the ability to create my own door code to get in.Beds were super comfortable and sitting by the pool and firepit at night was really nice (although it worked, the firepit is cracked). Many great family memories made in this spectacular home. Close to everything and just a beautiful property. I'm a picky traveler. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Best vacation ever!

Spent a week with friends and family cooking and swimming in the most wonderful pool. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen equipped for cookers. We warmed the pool. It was a good idea. Best place we’ve ever stayed.

The heated pool was a key feature during our stay !

The house was ideal for our extended family. Outdoor pool, patio and green space /park behind the house was wonderful. The location was very convenient to walk to beach and village. Tram stop was right on the corner!

Pool’s Paradise is just that!

This home is lovely, fun & has everything needed for a large family. The location is the best. The heated pool was the biggest hit. Management was instantly accessible for any needs. Our week there was great & we’d love to return.

Wonderful Family Vacation

MOLD

This was definitely a huge disappointment. After a long 14 hour drive and unloading luggage, we arrive to the upstairs heater on 85. It was late at night and we couldn't get settled in until the AC cooled it down. Not good with 4 kids. The next morning we were welcomed by mold in the upstairs showers. Black mold!!!! Who would ever list a house to rent with this covering the floor of 2 bathrooms. I left a message and no one ever called me back. With 10 people staying, we stocked the fridge with food for the week only to come back from the beach with half of it frozen. The fridge is junk and you can't use half of it because your food will freeze. This place is a rip off and it's sad that the owners and property manager would stand behind it.

Great Stay

Truly enjoyed this property, location and the professional staff who manages this home. Comfortable beds & access to multiple balconies. First floor kitchen was a plus. Property was exceptionally clean yet master shower needs a serious scrubbing. Overall: 2 thumbs up and we are looking to return again
