This house was great!

We really enjoyed this house and it was as advertised. There is a back door alarm that blasts every time someone opens the back door to the pool area, but other than that we loved the house.

We apologize for any inconvenience the pool alarms may have caused. Pool alarms are Florida state law and are required on every door near a pool. Luckily there is a bypass button that you are able to press before entry and exit that will silence the alarm when entering and exiting. We hope to welcome you back to Pool's Paradise soon!

The heated pool was a key feature during our stay !

The house was ideal for our extended family. Outdoor pool, patio and green space /park behind the house was wonderful. The location was very convenient to walk to beach and village. Tram stop was right on the corner!

Perfect house

We loved our time at this house. The pool was perfect and the living room was lovely for hanging out in. The management company was great and very informative. The only disappointment was that the upstairs lofted bedroom didn’t have AC. Aside from that we truly had a great time

Best vacation ever!

Spent a week with friends and family cooking and swimming in the most wonderful pool. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen equipped for cookers. We warmed the pool. It was a good idea. Best place we’ve ever stayed.

pools Paradise

we loved this beautiful beach rental! it was so comfortable and spacious! we enjoyed the pool so much! We all hated the beach experience and will never book in June high time season again- the beach was too small and crowded for the vast amount of people. Too bad the beach chair service company crowds out people that bring their own stuff. we were so annoyed and had to find other beaches.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here. House was as described with multiple large bedrooms so even extended family is comfortable coming along. Staff is responsive to texts about issues or just general questions. The only issue we had was the outdoor gas fire pit was not functional even after they came out to change the propane tank and attempt to fix it.

Pool's Paradise should be your next vacation destination!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled with our decision to stay at this property. It has all of the amenities of home. Just a short walk to the community pool. The private pool was great for kids learning to swim and for relaxing without the hustle and bustle of the community pool. The property manager was very helpful and inquired with us during our visit if they could do anything else to make our stay more enjoyable. Hope to visit again soon!

Great Beach House

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean house. Loved the spacious kitchen area and abundant dishes and cook ware. Walk to the beach was short and the tram to the beach was just steps away. Enjoyed having the pool to relax in after a day at the beach. Also enjoyed the firepit in the evening. The beds were comfortable as were the other furnishings. Easy walk to Rosemary and it was nice to have the bikes also. Overall, it was a great location. I would definitely recommend this house for your beach stay.

Great house but beach access disappointing

The house was exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and it easily accommodated our three families with infants, toddlers and adults. The beach access was terrible and the community pool was closed 1-1/2 days of our stay.We ended up driving to a public beach. It would have been nice to know in advance about the beach access limitations. Management company was professional and responded quickly and checked in with us frequently.

Can’t wait to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing vacation! It’s a beautiful property, and it’s in an excellent location! The community lagoon pool is not heated and we couldn’t have been more thankful to have a private heated pool. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to the restaurants and shops in Seacrest, Rosemary, and Aly’s. Very easy to get to the beach as well either by walking or taking the tram that will literally pick you up right across from the house. The property management was excellent and made check in and out a breeze. We can’t wait to return!

Enjoyable Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was some poor communication in regards to check in between reserving and getting into the place, so I was very nervous about how the stay would go, but the house was beautiful and the online photos didn’t even do it justice. The amount of beach available for guests was minimal but the house and staff communication during the stay was excellent. The house was lacking some kitchen items for cooking, but other than that we had so much space, the furniture was super comfy, and guests of the trip were asking for the link in case they wanted to come back in the future!

Great Family Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great property for a family of 8! It was well maintained, clean, and extremely functional. The heated pool made a huge difference for us due to the cold temperatures the week we were there. We were able to be outside in the pool every day even though the Beach was too cold. The house is in a great location, close to all of the restaurants and shops at Rosemary Beach. The shuttle service to the Beach was a great amenity even though it's only a 5 minute walk away. The Royal Destinations staff did an excellent job answering questions throughout the rental process and during our stay. We would recommend this property and their management to anyone!

The heated, private pool is one of the largest in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood so we are happy to hear you and your family enjoyed it. The house is located toward the front of the community which make it easier to get to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We hope you come and stay with us again soon!
