So close!

If you want to be where the action is in Seaside Heights- this is the place! A short walk to the beach, boardwalk, miniature golf, water park. We had so much fun! The owner was available for any questions we had.

Location is Excellent

Location is excellent - 1/2 block from beach and boardwalk but area was very quiet. Kitchen, bathroom and floors were clean. Beds were plywood raised platform with mattress - uncomfortable. Mattress covers are old and falling apart and need to be replaced. Outside second floor deck is badly in need of repair. Barbie was an excellent hostess. She responded to our questions and requests very quickly - even replaced defective appliance ASAP.

Family Beach Vacation

Family beach vacation with 18 family members from ages 8 months to 88 years. Plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect and within walking distance to beach, boardwalk, and waterpark. Would recommend this house to others.

Great for large group

Stayed here for a long weekend with a large group of 30 year old guys. The proximity to the boardwalk was fantastic and the backyard was great for lounging and grilling. Would definitely stay again.

Just perfect!

This house was large enough to accommodate our family very comfortably and was steps away from the beach and board walk yet quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Barbi is a phenomenal host!

Great beachouse

Walking to the boardwalk/beach/waterpark is the easiest way to get around and you don't have to bring much with you. By the end of the trip we were not even brining towels and airdrying on the walk back.

Weekend rental

After the pandemic I was looking forward to doing a big get together with my family that I haven't seen since 2019. Barbi was responsive and easy to work with. The property was exactly as listed. It was great to be able to rent a whole house for the weekend!

We started coming to the jersey shore years ago when our kids were little. We always loved being able to get away, take a break, and enjoy the beautiful weather. Over time, it expanded to inviting friends and extended family to join us and it was a great place to reconnect with each other and have a great time. It was really the one time during the year that we could all disconnect, enjoy good food and good conversation, watch the kids play, and just have a great time!

It was with this in mind that we started "OurJerseyShoreHouse". We purchased our first multi-family house in 2014 with the idea that other family and friends would want to have a place to spend time together, enjoy the sun and the ocean, and also have a clean, comfortable space for them and their family. Today we own three multi-family houses (all on the same block) and have hosted large groups consisting of extended families, family friends, etc.
