We appreciate your feedback about the unit and the hot tub; however, please note that the HOA manages the hot tub and tennis courts, so we have no control over those aspects. Thank you for your feedback, Jeff. We apologize for all the issues you encountered during your stay. We have replaced the refrigerator and are working with the owners to replace the washer and dryer. We hope Stubbs provided excellent service and you will return to this or one of our other units again.

Hello Alan, Thank you for alerting us to all the issues with the unit. Per your request, we did not send our handyman out to fix them while you were there, but he did repair everything upon your departure. We do hope you enjoyed staying in Solana Beach and we look forward to hosting you again. UPDATE: We are happy to inform you that we have fixed the sink and toilet paper holder, replaced toilet handles and replaced the broken blinds. Please call us next time you need something like a battery so we can provide it for you and you won't have to purchase one. We have repaired and secured the back patio door of this 3rd floor unit with an alternative locking mechanism for additional security.
