This two bedroom condo will be your perfect spot for exploring all San Diego has to offer! You will enjoy the convenience of the gourmet kitchen featuring Bosch and Sub Zero appliances, extensive use of Luna Pearl Granite and a walk in pantry. You’ll find comfort in the adjoining living room with a TV, stereo system and wireless high speed internet. Hardwood floors throughout. Master bath has jetted jacuzzi tub/no shower and 2nd bath has step-in shower with multiple pivoting heads. Savor the partial ocean view from the patio off the living/dining room. Each bedroom has its own patio to delight in the San Diego breezes. Workspace in second bedroom to set up your laptop. Great home for two couples or a family looking to immerse themselves in the California lifestyle.
Located atop the bluffs in Del Mar Shores Terrace, this community offers an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub, and stairs that take you right to the beach. At low tide, take a walk along the wide sandy beach and search for dolphins in the surf.
Just a block away from “The 101,” it’s an easy walk to great restaurants and unique shopping as well as Fletcher Cove, Dog Beach, Belly Up Tavern, Cedros Shopping District, and the Solana Beach train station. It is also conveniently located thirty minutes to downtown San Diego and many famous attractions such as Sea World, Legoland, and the San Diego Zoo.
There is no smoking allowed inside or outside of this property. This home does not have air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
In accordance with Del Mar Shores Terrace HOA regulations, this property has a 7 night minimum.
Dogs considered with 30 day minimum stay per HOA restrictions. 
Pet Policies:
•  Contact our office for approval before booking.  
•  Dogs are welcome at the property. Sorry, no cats due to allergies. 
•  Please do not leave your dogs alone or unattended during your stay. 
•  We ask that you do not allow your dogs on any furniture or beds.
•  A $500 refundable pet deposit and a pet cleaning fee are required to ensure the accommodation is maintained in pristine condition.
•  All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in the trash.
•  We ask that you observe HOA rules that are included in your welcome packet regarding pets. These rules also apply to Service Animals.

Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location right next to a beautiful coastline was great. However, the apartment was not very clean. Especially the blankets, the second bed, which is stored in a rusty and dusty closet, the sofa and the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Moreover, there were no decent plates and breakfast bowls. We went to ask for new ones, received some plates but no bowls. The refrigerator is very loud when it starts to cool, which bothered a lot when we were in the kitchen-living room area.

Great location and well laid out condo.

Overall it was a great stay, however the master bedroom had a musty smell. Amenities were good and it was quiet. Thanks Stubbs!

Beachside location provided beautiful views from pool area. Communication from Stubbs was excellent both before and during our stay, and after-hours checkin was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Prime spot for beach access

Very good communication from Stubbs, easy check in and checkout, great parking spot and perfect spot to access the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub, easy access to beach and outdoor shower after surfing and convenience to great coffee, shops, scenic overlooks, Torrey Pines, La Jolla, Cardiff, train (Padres game), etc. So glad we got good advice from a friend to stay North of San Diego and find accommodations near the beach.

Great Location

I rented this unit to attend the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, and enjoy a winter getaway. It was easy to get to the tournament, and about 30 minutes from the airport. Great beach access (but lots of stairs) and lovely hot tub overlooking the beach. Complex was pleasant, and the unit was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and had cable TV. Only problem was several overpowering scented reed diffusers, but once located and put outside it was fine.

Comfortable Place To Stay

Great place to stay for 2 weeks. The complex is on the water, but our unit was not. To be fair, it was a very close walk (75ft). The dishwasher wasn't screwed into the counter so when the door opened it did gouge my leg and made me bleed. That's a simple fix with a couple of screws. Other than that, we really enjoyed it.

Christmas 2021 and New Year

The property is well located, safe and 2 parking spaces easy and convenient. The so said upgrades we lacking, old appliances, old pots and pans, dishwasher coming out of the cabinet, broken blender and few other things not up to par. Bedding was good and comfortable. We had to use dehumidifiers since it felt damp. We were expecting a bit more for our money.

Small intimate walkouts for extra space. 120 steps down took us to the beach that was clean and not crowded. Kitchen was functional but could use an upgrade. Needed some minor maintenance which was taken care of promptly.but could use upgrades.
