Calm and relaxing!

Great property to host 2 families. Plenty of space for all to enjoy. Really easy commute to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Linda (Host) was a pleasure to work with and made our stay very enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to So Cal.

Beautiful Home

Our family stayed at this Vista home when our son got married in Fallbrook. It is a large, open floor-plan home that was very comfortable after a long couple of days. Linda was a pleasure to deal with and was very accommodating.

Beautiful in many ways

From the minute I dealt with Linda I knew we were going to have a Great time and we did. The house is spacious and extremely accommodating. Lights?...Seriously the most well lit house from room to room that I have ever stayed in. A chef kitchen and beautiful bar b que set up outside. We slept like babies nightly as the beds are very comfortable. Location?....A short 20 mins to go anywhere. We stayed Labor day week and seriously had no delays. We have never had a more pro active owner to deal with and we use vrbo yearly and we are a tad selective on where we stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is plenty of room for parking. In closing it was a memorable stay and look forward to returning soon...

Beautiful and Spacious

We were in Vista for a family wedding, and this house was perfect for our family. It is very spacious, clean, and new feeling. It looks even nicer in person than in the pictures. We had a minor technical problem checking in, but our host, Linda, was readily available to resolve it. It was a nice reassurance that if we needed her, she would be available. I would not hesitate to rent this house again!

Wedding stay

Went online to find a place to stay for 6 going to my nieces wedding. Great house with lots of room with amenities. Awesome kitchen with open area to sitting room. Perfect house for a group to hang out & cook. Fire pit area is nice for a couple to relax and see the stars and enjoy the evening. Spectacular home!!!!

The Perfect Weekend

We needed a large house to accommodate visitors from out of town for a wedding. It was close to the wedding site and the rehearsal dinner restaurant. We had an Easter brunch and an Easter egg hunt for the grand kids. The back patio provided a nice place to relax. The last night we even got in a walk on the beach and some very good seafood at the harbor. Everything worked out perfectly.

Awesome Villa in a VERY nice Area

We had 2 wonderful weeks of holiday/training with a sports team from Germany. Linda took very well care of us and explained everything clearly. The house was equipped with everything needed and has enough space for everybody (6 Pers). We will definately try to come back to this beautiful playce for our next camp.

Excellent Stay!

Our family was in the area for a wedding and this home worked out perfectly for three couples. We had PLENTY of room for sleeping and relaxing. The home is very spacious and nicely appointed. The location is lovely and quiet. The kitchen was also large with a big island, the only negative was there could have been more dishware and a better coffee maker. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the ares. Thank you very much Linda for your hospitality. R.B.

Spacious and Comfortable

The house overall was spacious and comfortable. It lacked some basic perks we've come to appreciate in rental homes such as a Keurig and a some coffee, but had the basic necessities (plenty of towel, linens, plates, cookware, iron, hair dryer etc). The home was clean and simple. It was also close to restaurants and shopping. The host was responsive and helpful.We would stay there again and recommend it to other travelers!

Wonderful Stay

The home is very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and attentive. I loved the fact that check out was so easy! For the most part, the cleaning crew does most of it, so you can enjoy your vacation up until the very last minute. That alone makes me want to stay here again!

Perfect getaway home

This house was the perfect getaway for our family trip. It was HUGE and beautifully decorated.It is located in a quite part of Vista, very private and beautiful and only a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants. The home had everything that we needed and our host Linda did an exceptional job of making sure that we were comfortable and happy.She was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and went out of her way to help us feel welcome. I would rent out this home again in a heartbeat. Thank you Linda for making our family trip so memorable and comfortable!

Wonderful Home learning the Ropes of Short Term Rental

This house is HUGE! Owner is learning the ropes of Short Term Rentals - we would encourage them to think like a guest. The Kitchen is massive, made things difficult to find. Items were limited (cups, wine glasses, kitchen towels, etc.) - owner intends to make it easier with better maintenance. Master Bedroom has two Full Size mattresses put together which look like a King. Master Bath is amazing. It is perfect for two families. It has a 4th bedroom which looks like they'll have set up as an office, but we'd prefer to have a bed so the Grandparents could come! This place is perfect if intending to visit Legoland - 20 minute Drive. They take in Dogs as well. Cosmetic Remodel was happening during our stay, Owner stated that she is renting out during remodel - so the future here is bright. Home does NOT have a pool. Wish it did, then it'd be 5 stars! Location is off the beaten path, but we enjoyed ourselves. Interesting Restaurants nearby that may have been amazing, had we not wanted to cook. Check Out Time is 10 AM - a little early. Owner is very responsive via text, cell and email. They got our stay right. PLEASE PUT A SPA IN!!! Home is so massive, no wonder cleaning fee is high. But Nightly Rate is well priced. Very Quiet. Great house to Entertain in. We'd consider staying here again in the future - especially if they put a Spa in, hint hint...

Quiet, spacious home for relaxing vacation.

Property is on a very quiet street with easy access to the little town. House offers luxurious amount of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Cute patio set up, great for enjoying your morning coffee and taking in some sun. Owner is communicative and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here and would certainly rent again.

I grew up and lived in South Orange County California most of my life. Due to my husband's work, we moved to England and Ireland area 10 years ago. While living in England, we bought a vacation home near Boise daho, just to try living somewhere else again but found I couldn't tolerate the long winters in England nor Idaho. I returned permanently to So Cal a few years ago and bought my Vista house. I now live in So Orange County California to be closer to work.

It's a luxurious, beautiful, tranquil, spacious custom home with vaulted ceilings throughout on a quiet and street/neighborhood. Very private. We liked the all one-level house with wide hallways & spacious rooms. There are many resorts, hiking, golfing, lake activities, restaurants, & shopping. It's half hour to the sandy beaches and close to two freeways and major airports.

The house is 3,900 sq ft all on one level. Entire house is travertine, marble, and porcelain tiled. With wide halls & hard flooring throughout, traffic flow is easy. Family room and kitchen make one HUGE area for family hang out. There is central air conditioning, but the tall ceilings (10ft+) throughout house keep house cool even on hot days. The house is very private.
