Nestled in a prime location, this beautiful modern 5-bedroom home offers breathtaking peek ocean views from the second story, creating the perfect backdrop for your coastal Carlsbad getaway!

The lower level showcases a bedroom, bathroom, stunning living room and family room, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The chef-inspired kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals for your family and friends. The dining nook is a roomy and sunlit space, offering the ideal setting to share stories over dessert and create cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Upstairs, the ocean-view balcony invites you to soak in the beauty of the surrounding coastal landscape while enjoying refreshing sea breezes.

It's the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day at nearby LEGOLAND, one of Carlsbad’s pristine beaches, or a day of watersports at the nearby lagoon. The backyard is a haven of relaxation and entertainment with a lush turf area and a sandbox for the little ones. The spacious covered patio and outdoor kitchen allow you to enjoy alfresco dining and barbecues and the fire pit is the perfect addition to winding down for the evening. Large groups will also appreciate having a bonus room upstairs with a pool table and TV.

This prime location offers convenient access to the beach, downtown Carlsbad Village, world-class golf courses, amazing surfing spots, and all the attractions San Diego has to offer. Whether you're seeking a day of sun and sand or exploring the vibrant city, you'll find it all just a short drive away.

EV drivers will be delighted to find a 48A Level 2 charger powered by a 10kW Solar Array (Tesla drivers should bring a SAE J1772 adapter).

Things you should know:
There are 2 studios on the property with separate entrances. One studio is occupied by a long term tenant and there is a door that leads to a short hallway into the studio. Neither you, nor the tenant have keys to the doors and one cannot be accessed via the other. The other studio is reserved to the family of the owners when they are in town and also shares a door but it remains locked. Both studios front doors are behind the side gate to the north of the house. Also, no pets are allowed at this property. Sorry!

We had an amazing week! The house was very clean, spacious and a short drive from Legoland. The kids loved the sandbox and the grownups enjoyed the pool table. The dining area was our favorite spot in the house as it made for the most memorable family gatherings.

We had a great stay. The host communicated exceptionally well, and the space was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We enjoyed the BBQ grill, sand area, and pool table, and loved how close the home was to the beach and Legoland. Beds were comfortable, parking in the garage was a plus, and having a washer and dryer was very convenient. We would definitely stay again. Five stars.

Extended family getaway to scatter ashes of our mom/grandma. Great communication from the property management company . House is clean, beds are comfy, bathrooms were great, kitchen is nice and functional for a large group. Only critique is that we tend to cook a lot at rentals, so we would have liked to see more large serving bowl options. The back yard is dreamy and we enjoyed the sunshine every chance we got and the grill worked great! Even with the location being in such a highly populated area it was very quiet inside and out, which was great. Grocery stores are nearby. Short walk to pickup pizza from Leucadia and yummy pies at the Village Kitchen and Pie shop. A/C worked well, though I suggest closing the blinds on the west facing rooms in the afternoon to help it keep up. We easily ran down Tamarack to the beach (less than a mile) There is so much to see and do in the area, so we would love to be able to come back again for a longer stay.

The whole setup in the house and location were perfect! Very well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds and wonderful open spaces to use throughout the house and back yard - it was perfect! View of the ocean from the upstairs rooms and deck a real bonus!Management were quick to respond to any and every question we had - highly recommended!

Coastal Getaway

What an amazing space for a big family getaway! We had plenty of space for 3 families with kids. The backyard space was so relaxing and lots of area for the kids to play. They loved the sand box! The house is beautifully decorated & the kitchen is a chef dream. It was a quick drive down to the beach and the house had lots of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas & toys). We had the perfect vacation

Great location & nice house

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there with family and went to Legoland, San Diego Zoo and the beach and did some shopping in Carlsbad. The house was big enough to accommodate all 10 family members and had enough space for all to have fun!

Great location, wonderful house!

We had 6 adults and 3 children for a family birthday celebration. The house was immaculate, well stocked and had plenty of room for all of us! The host was so accomodating and obtained a couple of extra items we needed for the 2 year old, as well as letting us check in a little early. The house is very close to Legoland and only 35 minutes for San Diego. If we we are ever in this area again we would definitely stay here!!
