Excellent Accommodations

Stayed with our 4 sons, their wives and 8 grandchildren. Great home for all to have their own space but yet come together for family time! Clean with well thought out touches to help us feel at home. Loved the golf cart, the rented beach spot, all the beach items to include a canopy and of course the pool!!

The bedrooms were great, the beds were comfortable, and the space was generous. The kitchen was great, supplied with coffee makers, and about everything you would want in a kitchen. We loved that we could all fit in the living room. But the highlight was the pool and hot tub, where we spent hours chatting and laughing. We were close to the ocean, which was beautiful! My daughter biked every morning to see the sunrise. We had a washer drier break, but one phone call and they were at the apartment, fixed it, and stayed to make sure it was working.The manager and others I spoke with were very helpful and easy to work with. We definitely recommend this property!

The listing pictures very accurately detail the current condition of the property. The house looks and feels very new inside and out. Mgmt company was the best we have ever experienced. I reported two minor issues, and they had someone at the property within a couple of hours. The shed has beach toys, bikes, coolers, beach chairs, +++. The included golf cart and reserved space at James Lee Beach were a huge bonus. Recommend you visit Henderson Beach State Park.

Family vacay

I am a yearly repeat visitor. I stay in lots of houses. I was disappointed in this property. The spa didn’t work for 2 days. The golf cart kept dying. The house was not the cleaninest. My back deck was so slippery from the type of wood they have down that my granddaughter fall and hit her head and was out for a day. My niece fall and hurt her leg. The ice maker didn’t make ice that stayed cold. There were bees nest all over the back yard. The property manager was very quick to return calls and try and help but some things he just couldn’t fix. It was overall disappointing.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful experience! House was very clean, everything was as listed! We were able to walk to beach front but at the time it was taped off so only a small area was accessible to us but the house and amenities were 10/10!

Christmas vacation 2022

The house was great. Everything I had hoped for. In my party was 10 adults and 10 kids! The house manager was great to work with ! Sent us information on things to do and go see. House and location are great. Short walk to beach access. No need for a golf cart. Rental agency was very accommodating. We got in an hour early and they even called mid week to check on us. Great experience.

She had rented a beach house for her 80 th birthday and she wanted the family to gather at the beach again! She and my Dad had lived in Niceville at Bluewater Bay for 25 years. The house was perfect! We had ages from 4 to 72. Lots of teenage girls loved the pool and the beach. The house was extremely well equipped from top to bottom! The many bathrooms were great with the 20 we had staying in the house! I would highly recommend this rental!

Family Summer Vacation - Great Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. It was PLENTY of room for us. We had 9 adults and 3 babies. This house could have definitely accommodated more people though. Easy walk to public beach entrance and close to all things retail. Publix, Walmart and Whole Foods quick 5 min drive. Had a great time!
