This Condo was excellent, clean and well taken care of. It is two bedroom one with kind bed and other with two beds, and a pullout couch. Both bedrooms and the living room have balconies with ocean views! There are two huge pools, two hot tubs, lazy river and kiddie swim area that are all private to the building. Many access areas to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Perfect stay!

We loved the resort! Our condo was great with 2 condos in one. The girls felt like they had their own condo with balcony! There was a balcony off the living room and one off the master bed room that looked right over the ocean!! We will defiantly be back!

Rolex 24 stay

Centerally located with food and entertainment options less than 5-10 min walk away. Clean space but tv and inter was spotty need to link to net via router in living room for best experience. But that was only issue. Pics are accurate and facilities outstanding.

Great Visit.

This unit has been completely renovated. All the past reviews were made before the big renovation. We didn’t know about the renovation when we booked…but being clean was more important then being outdated when we were booking. Imagine our surprise when we entered to a beautiful remodel. Great location with an amazing view. Great communication with the host when needed. Highly recommended!

If you go through vrbo then you can’t receive any extra towels or help from the front desk. Toilet was leaking . But other then that was nice

Girls Weekend

The unit itself was perfect for the four of us! Aside from the balcony not having enough furnishings (only one chair on the main balcony off the living area) the unit met our expectations. The race for the beach chairs at the pool each day was unexpected so be prepared to be poolside by 8:30 at the latest if you want a chair to spend the day at the pool. The beach was just steps away which was wonderful. Overall a nice vacation getaway for four moms.

Location Was Great

Location was fabulous but I will say it needs a REALLY good cleaning and coat of paint. For the price expectations were a little higher. Jets in hot tub did not work but owner said that was the first he had heard so he will get that fixed. The fan in the closet does not work and they only provide one trash bag so be sure to bring your own. The views are beautiful and my family had a great time.

Nice accommodations

This unit has been remolded and I believe is still working on upgrades. It is very nice. 3 balconies. One off master bedroom with a direct view of the ocean and pools below. One off the living area gives a side view of the beach and ocean, still very visible and a 3rd off the attached suite giving a city and beach view. Blow dryer provided which was nice. One callout is the whole time we were there we only had luke warm water. It is the 14th floor, which we've stayed on before and not had issues. It really is Wyndham's responsibility but it might be worth looking into an instant hot water heater. Other than the water the unit was very nice.

Run down and dirty. Worst condo at this property.

I’ve stayed at this property 20+ times. The property is great! This is the worst condo I’ve stayed at. In bad need of a paint job. Carpets are disgusting. Cabinets missing doors. Bathroom tile broken. Towel racks hanging off the wall. Amenities old. For the price we paid we should feel comfortable walking on the carpet with no shoes. The carpet had big stains and was really gross.

In need of TLC

Our family loves to stay at the Wyndham resort during spring break-the location is perfect. 2023 marks year 6 for us. This was our first time with the owners of this property-of all the units we have stayed in, this was our least favorite. Definitely in need of some TLC. 2 broken toilet seats-hardware in second bathroom broken off the wall-floor tile loose in both bathrooms. Very dusty and musty smelling upon arrival- Did not use the washer as it stunk and the door looked as if it was full of black mold. The layout of this unit was perfect for our family (6 adults and one toddler). The three balconies are the biggest asset to this unit-you can see the sunrise and sunset! Owners need to invest in updates and this unit would be SUPER!

Luxury accommodations

I have been vacationing at Daytona for 10 years and this unit was hands-down 90 the best unit I have ever stayed in!! this property has every amenity you could imagine A N D the unit is spacious and clean and views that are spectacular not to mention a responsive host who is very easy to get a hold of!! The front desk staff were very friendly (Anna was the Queen is Guest Services. I will be back and I will be staying right here.
