Work anticipated to complete entirely by Mid to later months of 2025. But! Phase 1 (North, Northeast) which includes our Unit is now completely done and our balcony is available and furnished. So, please, if booking in that time frame (now to late January 2026), you understand and agree with potential noise on other side of the building. Also, know that the rates applied already include a discount.
Beach access and the pool is open.
If checking after 10pm an additional fee of $75 from 10;01 Pm and from 12am to 7:00 am a fee of $100 will be added.
