Perfect Location for a large group company offsite

The location is perfect for walking and exploring the local area. Cleanliness was top notch and plenty of space for our large work group to do meetings and dinner functions. We would surely stay here again!

Great Small Group Meeting Location

The property was great along with the location. We had a team of 5 regional managers and used the house for our stay and meeting location. The two kitchens worked out well. It was very clean and as advertised.

Wonderful stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed this VRBO! It was clean, had plenty of room for our large group of 10, and was a short walk to downtown. When we checked-in, the front door code wasn’t working, but Harriet was quick to resolve the issue so we could get inside. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this VRBO to others!

A weekend that we will never forget!!

This place was amazing and fit our small family wedding party just perfect. We were in walking distance to pretty much everything you need. The porches are a nice place to enjoy the beautiful trees and watch the people stroll down the block. We'll definitely make a point to return again. Thanks for a great stay.

Family Wedding

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home for my daughter’s wedding. Everyone was comfortable and happy with their accommodations. The porches are lovely to sit out on. The location is excellent! The host was very helpful and prompt!Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful stay at this property! The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful and perfect for our family reunion. It had plenty of room and wonderful touches like soaps and paper products. We grilled out back and enjoyed evenings on the patio. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay near all the shops and restaurants. And don’t miss the cookie shop right around the corner!

Good space, great location!

Very nicely redone, ample parking, great kitchens! One thought for others in planning visit is that rooms are variable sizes - some smaller with less place for luggage, so plan accordingly. But overall space is great, and easy to interact, reserve and enter.

Great house and location

Great house for a variety of types of gatherings. Two complete kitchens, all bedrooms are comfortable and have good access to bathrooms, nice patios and backyard. Convenient walk to several food options and a Target. Very clean, great communication, very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Fort Collins Charm

The house was perfect for our family wedding get together. Plenty of space for everyone to relax inside and out. Loved the front and back porch for relaxing. Plenty of space in the back yard for the kids to run around. All in all a great spot and perfect location walkable to all downtown and old town locations.

Stairs!

This was a great place for families, but we had no idea there was 3 levels. Luckily the almost 2 year old was good at navigating stairs or else it could have been a disaster. It would be helpful to have that information ahead of time... and elderly with bad knees would have a problem as well.

Beautiful property, expertly restored. Great location

We had a wonderful time at graduation and this beautiful property let us all be together! It's an older house, and that comes with charm and a few challenges. But very much worth it. Careful with GoogleMaps - seems to take us to the back alley of the house, but there is parking out front.

Great place for a group hub

We had a wonderful time during our stay! We stayed at the home with a group for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect location for all we had planned. Was within walking distance to downtown for our Friday evening outing and also great location to be able to get an Uber to bring us to Horsetooth the following day! The home was completely stocked with everything we needed in BOTH kitchens and more than enough towels and blankets! Thank you Harriet for a wonderful stay!

Second time staying here and we will be back again!

Perfect spot for our remote work team to meet in person. Effortless check-in and out. Great communication. Quick walk to many restaurant options and Target for last-minute supplies and dinner/drinks. The house has plenty of room to spread out to allow privacy for each person and a great living room, and kitchen space. We'll be back!

What a perfect place to stay! Everything was immaculate, clean with all updated appliances, showers and a lovely open feeling throughout the whole house. It is a close walking distance to town the college and the neighborhood is charming. We had a perfect weekend! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay during our daughter’s graduation from CSU!

The house was perfect! Great location! We were able to walk both to CSU and old town. The house was well appointed and we hosted a large family weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. We cooked meals together and enjoyed the spacious house. Everything was new and clean. A great weekend overall!

Spacious Beautiful Home

The owner is very nice and very easy to communicate with. The house is so nice and open and I really loved the two living rooms. Gave it more space for everyone to spread out and not be on top of one another. We had a group of 5 couples for my wedding and it was a perfect fit for everyone and also super close to everything in town!

Awesome huge updated historic house

This house was all we expected and more while in town for my Son’s wedding. A and B units both with full kitchens. Super clean, well stocked, lot’s of space for us of all to gather. Restaurants were literally less than a block away and Historic Old Town, Grocery Store and Targets short walk away. Harriett was super responsive to every email I sent. Highly recommend this place.

2400 sf of historic charm, coupled with a new modern interior, remodeling completed in 2017. Adorned with the best finishes and appliances to make your stay luxurious and easy! There are two very well equipped kitchens to satisfy even the most demanding chef and wonderful places to share a drink or meal with friends or family, upstairs or down, inside or out. A front porch, two backyard decks overlooking a private backyard with a lovely garden area. The Master Bathroom has a large soaking tub and there are two washer/dryers that can handle a large gathering of family and friends for any of your celebrated events....Graduations, Weddings, Birthdays and Craft Beer tours! If interested in a smaller space, the house has a privacy door which separates the 2 units one that sleeps 4, the other unit sleeps 6....

Get a feel for settler life in the well-preserved Old Town, which is designated both a national and local-historic district with 28 historical buildings. Included is the Armstrong Hotel, a Fort Collins landmark, that was restored in 2004 to its former “Art Deco” elegance. You’ll likely notice a strong resemblance to Disneyland’s Main Street USA: we’re proud to say that it was modeled after our own downtown Fort Collins! Old Town Fort Collins is lined with local boutiques, cafes, antique shops, retail stores, and candy and confectionery shops. There are a variety of restaurants (more than 84) serving dishes for every taste. Not to mention, there are countless places to dine outdoors so you can enjoy the beautiful sunshine. Be sure to ride the only original trolley car west of the Mississippi through the beautiful historic Old Town neighborhood. If you enjoy live music, you’re in luck. On any given day you can enjoy the sounds of local musicians drifting through the square.
