Welcome to FoCo Vistas, a modern 5-bedroom home just a short walk to Downtown Fort Collins just steps from New Belgium. Enjoy a rooftop hot tub, fire pit, and foothill views. Inside, you’ll find two king bedrooms, luxury linens, Public Goods toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. The basement suite features two queen bedrooms, a kitchenette, full bath, projector TV, and a pull-out sofa. The fenced yard includes artificial turf, a dog station, dog beds, and bowls. Families will appreciate the pack-and-play, high chair, stroller, toys, and games. With parking, two washers/dryers, and a prime location near breweries, restaurants, and CSU, FoCo Vistas is perfect for groups, families, and pets.

We wanted for nothing! The home was just as advertised. Every room was well stocked with the basics and more. My family appreciated the variety of Keurig pods and the welcome box of snacks. I appreciated that I didn't have to go out and buy salt & pepper and dish soap etc... Our dog appreciated the comfy bed and the collapsible bowl we took on hikes and walks around town.The top deck was a lovely spot to view the mountains and relax - sometimes in the hot tub!Perfect spot to stay in north Ft. Collins.

We had the most wonderful weekend in this beautiful home! There was the nicest welcome box with fixings for s'mores and some other treats! We came during a cold snap of 8 degrees so we didn’t use the hot tub or firepit, but it looked like a great outdoor space! The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with everything you’d need from spices, pots and pans, coffee and more! It was so clean and new! The linens were high end and the beds were super comfortable! We will most definitely be going back! Thank you for helping me make this a memorable weekend with my kids and grandkids!!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Keep in mind how many stairs there are. The rooms were very clean amd comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub.

The home does have both an upstairs and downstairs level, so there are stairs going up and down, similar to a typical multi-level home.
