Overall this place was decent to stay in, but there were some quirks and items that needed to be updated.
The pros:
- the location was quiet, and about a 10 minute walk into town. I love being a little outside of the main San Pedro area. plenty of parking if you rent a golf cart as well
- the pool was really lovely, nice temp, shade, good views
- the views from the unit were pretty, you're on the end unit so less noise
- security on guard 24/7
- property manager was helpful
- water was provided
- kitchen was pretty well stocked with plates, cups, tools, etc.
- strong internet, i was able to work and use video conferencing pretty easily.
- they had cable tv with some great channels including US feeds in the living room
The cons:
- the photos taken were probably 5-10 yrs ago, and some areas are worn
- both bathrooms had issues with the toilet covers, it was really hard to not slide off the toilet (they didnt fit the seat)
- water damage in the primary shower
- the doors were weird in the unit, and the slider doors didn't lock to the outside. it was unsettling knowing that only a bar of wood kept people from entering the unit (which is on the ground floor)
- the 2nd bedroom has 2 tvs that were both broken, the bed was broken and patched with wood, and the closet doors had been removed. looks more cramped now that in the photos
