「Pirate Villas」は、ノースアンバーグリスキーにあるウォーターフロントの3階建てのプライベートヴィラです。 サンペドロタウンセンターから北に1.6 km（1マイル）の便利な場所にあり、ベリーズで最も高級なエリアの1つであるトレスココスエリアにあります。

一番下のユニットにはキングサイズのベッド、地元の職人による手作りのエキゾチックなベリーズの戦士の木材、新しい快適なカウチセットのあるリビングエリア、フルキッチン、カスタムのベリーズ硬材デッキのある専用プランジプールへのフレンチドアがあり、 40インチのフラットスクリーンケーブルテレビ、洗濯機/乾燥機、カスタムデザインのバスルーム。

2016年に新しく改装された、屋内と屋外のエキゾチックなメキシコの粘土タイルで、ヴィラ全体に温かみのあるモザイク仕上げが施されています。 あなたの便宜のためにのみ含まれているプロパティで使用するためのポータブルWIFI。

プランジプール：深さ5フィートのプライベートプランジプールでトロピカルアイランドカクテルを飲みながらクールダウン。

ボトムユニットは、カップルに最適です。 2番目のユニットは所有者用に予約されています。 所有者が自宅にいることはめったにないため、プライバシーが守られます。

This was hands down my best VRBO experience. Everything went smoothly. The property was wonderful. Our hosts were amazing and helpful. Highly recommend this home. Far enough off the main road to be completely private, yet close enough to all amenities that you could walk if you wanted to shops and restaurants.
Main floor is the VRBO. Owner lives upstairs and takes really good care of the property and guests.
Some iguanas that kept us company.

We enjoyed our stay; the description is super accurate, pictures are on point. Bed was very very comfortable; we had everything we needed! The location is right where you want to be on Ambergris Caye. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the house . It was so quiet there was no road noise from the main road . We loved the pool & watching & feeding the iguanas .Maresha was a fantastic host & a world of information of where to go on the island ! Pirates Restaurant at Secret Beach was awesome food ! Fun games and great food !We enjoyed out trip so much !Definitely would go back !!

Great stay at Pirates!

Really enjoyed our time here. Just out of the way enough to feel like your own private oasis but close enough to everything so running out for anything was a breeze. Maresha was super helpful, on top of making sure our stay was top notch she also hooked us up with a golf cart rental for getting around and helped us arrange a private snorkelling trip. Would definitely stay again.

We had such an enjoyable time in San Pedro. Maresha and Jason were genuine kind and laid back hosts. The views were stunning. It was really nice after all day on the beach or in town (where so much is going on) to come back to peace and serenity. Five out of five would not stay anywhere else when we return. Come back and watch the beautiful sunset from the pool.

Amazing location - just a bit north from the bridge and sitting back from the road away from the noise and hustle off downtown - a real sanctuary !!!The plunge pool is amazing to jump in when you get home -we loved pirate house and visiting the Pirates bar and restaurant on secret beach !!!I am so gratefull we found you !!

The view on the verandah was lovely. The pool was clean, cool, and enjoyable. I loved the amount of wood accents in the home. The staff were extraordinary nice. We would rent again.

Great little apartment.

Nice place with good location. Excellent management. No sign of crocodiles - we were hoping to see one. Plunge pool isn't heated so, a little too cool to use in January. Excellent SCUBA in Ambergris Caye.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay -- very quiet, just a 10 minute drive to town and 30 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach. Was booked with the thought the restaurant out front was still open but sadly that was not the case. Great communication with property manager. Even checked on us in the middle of the week to see if we needed anything.

Perfect spot

The villa is spacious and very well appointed. Super comfortable couches for lounging, and the bed is comfortable. Only a few blocks from town, but quiet and tranquil. The plunge pool is refreshing and sunset views are stunning. The owners were super responsive as was the caretaker. Highly recommend Pirate Villa.

Great location, private, easy access to San Pedro without the hustle and bustle of downtown/in town. The only complaint is that it is on its own well water, and the shower/stool/sink water smells of Sulfur. Other than that, it was a great location, we really enjoyed our week’s stay.

Great

The location from town was perfect, and the setting was quiet and private. The host was very nice, met with them when we checked in and then they stayed away. Had a problem with the TV and it was fixed right away. We will definitely be staying there again. When you go to San Pedro use Helen's golf carts.

Tres Cocos is Unbelizeable. It is one of the most exclusive areas on Ambergris Caye. It is a short walk to San Pedro Town as well as many restaurant, bars and markets. Belize is the only English speaking Country in Central America, which make it great when communicating with the locals. The 2nd largest barrier reef in the world is located 1/2 mile off the coast of Ambergris Caye. The people on the island are very friendly and helpful. Belize has lots of activities and adventures to experience.

The villa is nestled in the perfect location on the island, away from the bustling town yet close enough to most entertainment in the well sought after Tres Cocos Area. A 10 mins golf cart ride to the center of town. Our rental space is waterfront, lagoon side, perfect for Sunset Views and enjoying nature whilst birdwatching, colorful large resident iguanas playing and feeding. Owner/Manager lives on property but it's still a very private rental experience as they are usually occupied. Enjoy, leisure fishing for mangrove snappers etc right off the property... it's also a known area for professional fly fishing. Aside from the usual maintenance staff, you get to enjoy the lagoon area to yourself. Amazing restaurants, bars such as Crocs Sports Bar, Pur Restaurant, The Doghouse, Rumdog, 303 Belize etc.. and grocery stores are within walking distance but renting a golf cart is highly recommended for general island exploring and errands. Nearest Dive Shop is a block away but most companies can pick you up from the dock located directly across the street on the oceans side, a 600ft walking distancing.
