Relaxing with a beautiful view.

The back room with all the huge windows overlooking the water was fabulous. We fished, enjoyed the view and relaxed. Wonderful!

Peaceful and relaxing and what a view!

The cottage was perfect! Very quiet and relaxing and included everything we needed and more. Caught a few fish and enough crabs for a couple of dinners. We hope to come back again.

This was our 3rd stay at this amazing home. Can't say enough positive things about the property, the cleanliness, and the owners. We took our dogs for their first trip, and they had a blast. Highly recommend and can't wait to rent again!

Serenity on the water

Quite neighbor. Perfect for couples or family. Dog friendly with a little beach for swimming. Dock was great for fishing, sunbathing, enjoying the sunrise and sunsets.

View did not disappoint

My family spent a week fishing and crabbing at the Rivah house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view of the river is second to none and the dock provided us with enough activities to keep us all busy. We would definitely return given the opportunity

Amazing place right along the bay, great wildlife and crabbing!

This place was absolutely spectacular! It looks a lot larger than we expected so we had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The pier was an amazing place to be outdoors on the water for both crabbing and fishing. Lori was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this and would like to return!

Beautiful Waterfront Property

Beautiful waterfront - relaxing, and fun! Wonderful accommodations- immaculate home with well stocked kitchen-cookware/dishes/utensils/crab pots for steaming and required accessories, games, pier, fishing poles, crab pots off pier for catching crabs, grill, small beach for swimming, friendly community along the water-we went for walks, and dog friendly. Our family had a great time. Thanks so much!

Wonderful vacation on the Potomac

The cabin on the Potomac is a place to kick off your shoes and stay awhile. If you are looking to get away from it all with the conveniences of home this is it! Not fancy but all around extremely comfortable with good beds and lots of comfy sofas in the living area. Good crabbing and fishing from a dock that has it all - a sink with running water, live well, lights and gear available if you forgot yours at home. We’ve booked vrbo/homeaway’s from Seattle to Cape Cod and this one ranks high on the must return list. Thank you Lori

We originally purchased the home for weekend get a ways. The property offers wonderful views, big water fishing in a tranquil setting. You are not far from town if you would like to enjoy a meal out. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen equipment and there is a washer and dryer available. Should you want to bring your boat you may use the community dock to put in. We recommend you do not miss the beautiful sunsets and evening fishing is one of our favorite activities. We are pet friendly. We know our dogs love to swim in the river and there is access to a beach at the edge of the property. We do ask that you rinse your pet off prior to them coming in the house an cover the sofa's should they decide to make themselves comfortable on them.
