5410タラワンダレーンは2017年12月に大規模な改修が行われ、マイアミを訪れる親の快適さと便利さを念頭に置いています。 この1階建ての1250平方フィートの牧場の家は、MUキャンパスで学生を訪問しながらリラックスするのに最適な場所です。 独自の食事を用意するか、町の多くのレストランの選択肢から完全にストックされたキッチンに残り物を持ち帰ってください。 敷地は風光明媚なボンハムの道路回廊にあり、自然に囲まれていますが、マイル広場の混雑からは外れています。 フットボールやバスケットボールの試合、キャンパスやオックスフォード全体に広がる複数のハイキングコースの頭まで徒歩5分です。

Did not have a pleasant or comfortable stay. A guy across the street hanging out in the front yard watching your every move. Dirty cups with lipstick in the cabinet. Dirty bathroom mirror. Most of all,we really needed the internet for our stay and owner couldn’t fix because he lives in CA. I had to try to work on it via FaceTime with my husband and owner had me on the phone with Spectrum. Owner wouldn’t refund when I said I wasn’t willing to stay the next night without the internet as it was important to our stay or no cable. I was there to see my son who attends Miami and we wanted to watch football together and relax on Sunday night. Disappointing he wouldn’t refund my night considering I checked out at 10am and had to get a hotel.

Great location

This home is a perfect place to stay when visiting Miami University. The home is comfortable and has everything you need. Close to the football stadium and beautiful walking trails. The homeowner is fantastic! He was easy to reach and answered our questions quickly. Thank you!!!

Peaceful Stay

We were visiting from California to see our daughter who plays volleyball at the University. It was just perfect! Beautiful fall color leaves as we had our visit in October and the place was clean and quaint. Back yard area was perfect to have my morning coffee. Had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed. Will be back on our next visit!

Great space for visiting Miami University

Really enjoyed the proximity of this home to the university. Walking distance to stadium if going for football or even graduation! Homeowner was very attentive to questions and other communication. I would have loved a few more utensils in the kitchen but we made do!!! Overall was a great stay!!! Would rent again!

Enjoyable stay!

I had great communication with Dave and I appreciated the generous check in and check out times so I could enjoy as much time in town with my son as possible. The location is great, especially if your visiting a child that lives on north campus. The beds were super comfy and I appreciated the attention to detail like having bottled water in the fridge. Terrific owner with constant communication.

David was an amazing host. He contacted me prior to check in, during and after. He addressed any question I had during stay. Will definitely rent from him again. Such a terrific location for games days.

Great house ; clean and comfortable

I was very impressed with the house. Not very far from main areas of campus. Short drive and easily can get Uber . Walk to campus would be alittle challenging but could be done. Nice kitchen and bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very clean and even has a nice secluded patio. Dave is fantastic to work with and makes check in and out easy. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay in Oxford!

This is our 2nd Mom’s weekend and it was s wonderful!! Close enough that the uber is not expensive but far enough away that you get to spend some time relaxing!! Perfect!!

Great stay near campus

Great location for graduation; highly recommend! Just a 5-min drive to uptown and convenient to the stadium. The house was great; very comfortable and had everything we needed. If only i had discovered it a few years ago :).

Wonderful Stay!

Had a wonderful stay here to visit our daughter for Miami’s Family Weekend! The house was perfect! And could walk to our daughter’s dorm and the stadium. David was a great host! Will definitely stay here again!

Great location to Miami

Very nice property with a great location for visiting Miami University and/or Hueston Woods Park. Kitchen was well equipped for our group and the pictures were accurate to the place. Nicely laid out and very comfortable beds! Owner was very quick to respond to questions. Thanks for having and accommodating us. We will definitely be back!

I am a native of Oxford and grew up very close to this property. I was fortunate to have had an opportunity to purchase the property in late 2017. After extensive renovations, I'm very excited to now be able to share it with you!

You are in the shadows of athletic facilities for convenient access to Football, Basketball, and Baseball games. If you choose to stay closer to home, explore the many walking trails that will lead you throughout Miami's campus and Oxford. For those who want to stay on the property, the backyard patio and seating areas in the home will allow you to just forget about time as you listen to the wildlife around you. The interior space is WIFI equipped with cable programming on a from a 54" HD TV.
