This is our second time staying at the property, definitely not the last. It’s beautiful, well equipped, clean, with attention to every detail. Hosts are wonderful. Great location near Miami University. Highly recommend!

Great location near campus. Easy to get to the fields for tournament games and also easy to get to bar/restaurant district

Loved staying at this home. It was spotless and very comfortable. Perfect location for Miami graduation- close but out of all the traffic. Easy check in and out process and very flexible kind hosts.

Incredibly Clean & Close to Campus

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Lots of space for our family to spread out. Host communicated well. Definitely will consider staying here again!

The house was very clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. It was a great location for our needs. There really are no complaints. The bedrooms and bathrooms came with everything we needed. This home was a perfect fit for our family. Plenty of rooms, huge kitchen, and 2 living areas, and lovely outdoor patio made it easy to spread out. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed just like home. I am looking forward to booking again for next year. The host and hostess are very sweet and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this cozy house.

Perfect Hideaway!

Had a truly wonderful time! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, yet so close to campus. We appreciated the hosts’ response; they were friendly and welcoming! Perfect hideaway for us to enjoy before and after busy days.

Perfect & private

Really nice place just a mike down the road from uptown. The house was well appointed and had more room than you need! Big tvs and nice big bedrooms. We only used utter house fir sleeping but there is everything you need to enjoy yourself. I’ll stay again!

The property is as pictured. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and communication from host was great. He asked if I had any recommendations for his VRBO, I suggested to stock the kitchen with some more staple items,he said he would. It was a nice stay. Would rent again.

Great place just down the road from Miami

clean property with lots of space. the whole family noted the nice outlet cubes which include USB, USB-C and traditional plug outlets — very convenient to have if you only remembered your charging cables. everyone also liked that the bedroom ceiling light/ fan had a remote — also very convenient. we didn’t spend much time at the property but it was exactly what we needed.

Clean and comfortable!

We came from New Jersey to meet up with local family members to see the solar eclipse. Everything was perfect. The house is crazy clean and comfortably furnished. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so this is definitely not the rental you want if you are hard-partying folks. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Oxford.

Comfortable Home in a Nice Quiet Development

My goddaughter goes to Miami University and was celebrating her 21st birthday. Her entire family was coming down to celebrate with her. It was impossible for us to find a hotel room anywhere close because everything was booked. Thank God I came across the listing for this house! It was perfect!!! It was close to the other house that my friends had also rented. The house is in a nice quiet development. It had all the things that we needed for a comfortable stay. We parked in the garage which was great! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very clean and welcoming! I only wish we had the time to enjoy the back porch, patio and chiminea. We will for sure look to rent again for next year's graduation!
