Family Trip

Location and space of condo were great! Condo itself, is dated, which was fine. However, the upkeep and cleanliness were poor. Fly catcher in dining area, was a first. Top of fridge, appears to not have been cleaned in weeks. No deep cleaning prior to our arrival. VRBO notified.

Great place to stay with a family due to convenience of location. Easy access, close to pier, close to restaurants. Overall highly recommend the location for families and grandparents. It does get loud at night due to senior week but manageable.

Weekend with Birthday girl

I have been coming to OC MD every year for last ten year . I usually stay on the boardwalk and close to the rides as my kids like to go on the rides. This is one of the better properties that i stayed at. Property is very clean, lots of space, especially the living/family room. Its on the boardwalk, cant beat that. Parking is right next to the place so dont need to walk far if you need to get something out of the car. The pool is right outside the balcony, easy access. Since i went in april, pool wasnt available, but can see as a plus for summer. Overall, good experience at the place.

"Wicked Sole Sisters Weekend"

A group of 10 came to OCMD to participate in the Ocean City Running Festival that occurred on Saturday,November 2nd. The condo was very accomodating to the group size. The living area was all open and we were able to relax and socialize comfortably. One drawback was only 2 bathrooms for a group this size but we made it work. The kitchen was well equiped, ice machine not working though. We were asked to wash linens prior to leaving if possible, but did not bring detergent with us since only there for the weekend. The location was excellent and we were able to walk directly out onto the boardwalk. Outside sitting area had plenty of chairs. 2 parking spots assigned was a plus.

Amazing place to stay!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The condo was huge plenty of room for all of our family. Kid friendly. Perfect placement on the boardwalk, close to everything! The hosts were wonderful and quick to respond with any questions.

Excellent property and location

Loved our stay! So close to the beach and boardwalk! And loved the swimming pool after being in the sand and waves. Room for all our family - so spacious. Will definitely return to the property in the future!

Eight ladies get away!

Over all we had a great weekend.The condo was very nice and we had lots of room for our group of 8 ladies. The floors were pretty sandy and counter tops were sticky. Not sure how well it was cleaned before our arrival! With having to share the beds, queen beds would be much much better. Seemed pretty pricy for only being there 2 nights!

Great time

All family members that stayed were adults and the accommodations were perfect. The room was very spacious. The amenities were great as well. We were only there for a long weekend trip for Oceans Calling music festival and we appreciated the start up package of products.

I'm Bob. I am married to my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 13 and Brooke 12. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
