Hi Michael, I think you are confusing us with another rental. This is the two night stay you booked after checking out of another rental you booked through someone else. Parking is available on-site at Southern Sands, on the beach side, and it's not $200. Sorry to hear you had troubles with them.

If you do not alert someone or company in position to do anything, nothing can be done about it. Please let us know while you are here so it can be addressed. We usually see feedback about the unit or enjoyable locations nearby, so we hope you had a great time at the beach!

Cleanliness is very important to us, and your comments about odors, sand, and furnishings have been shared with our housekeeping team so they can address them promptly. To clarify, we no longer use bedspreads, as they are not as hygienic as our current triple-sheeting setup, which ensures a fresh and clean bed for every guest. The owners have recently upgraded to a king-size bed in the master, and we’ll also pass along your suggestions about the curtains and décor. We appreciate you bringing these details to our attention - it helps us make improvements for future guests

Unfortunately, elevator service is managed by the building/HOA and outside of our direct control, but we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given your mobility concerns. The condo is represented accurately in the listing photos, and the owners had made several updates to maintain a comfortable and well-kept space for our guests. We also appreciate you bringing the interaction with our office to our attention. Providing helpful and courteous service is very important to us, and we will address this with our team. Hi, thanks for your note, but we heard nothing about any issue during your stay. We have quickly checked the unit, and there is no smell other than recent clean. Not sure we follow this review, but thanks for your comments and stay. We also checked all end tables and found no issue? Thanks again.
