Dirty and needs updating
We expected to find some defects and maybe some signs of use by multiple families each week however, we found the outside deck and pool dirty, with misc trash and old pool toys . It looks like this house needs major upgrades and aesthetic upgrades for the price charged.
Owner needs major investment in updates and cleanliness.
There were screens torn out from the hot tub area and trash left behind from previous tenants. We also took the trash out Thursday night and only one bin was emptied so there are four full trash bins that will greet the next renters.
The theater room has been abused with hole in the door, and the TV in upstairs family room would not turn on - called twice about this but no response.
Pool - missing handrails and some tiles missing. Door to outside pool area will not close - safety issue for our small children.
Underneath side stairs - trash and left behind debris from previous rentals
Stove has seen better days - very dirty
Trash - all around the outside of the house
Gas grill was covered in grease and leaking from bottom.
The house was great for our large family but these concerns would keep us from return rental.
