Feel that peaceful, easy feeling the minute you pull up to an ample carport that can accommodate two vehicles. The lure of a sparkling 14’ x 25’ pool is undeniable, especially when you note the six-person hot tub, a tiki bar with a smart TV and a cabana to enjoy a shady respite. There are two outdoor showers to rinse off after a day on the beach and games in the carport area for the energized among you. Carry that competitive energy into the game room located just off the pool deck where a pool table, smart TV and a kitchenette will undoubtedly inspire invaluable family time and a whole lot of bragging rights. Also on this level is a king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Four more bedrooms occupy the second level: two king master bedrooms with ensuite baths and a queen and a room with a pyramid bunk that shares a jack-and-jill bath. All of the home’s bedrooms include smart TVs. A laundry room is also on this floor, as well as a den that features a queen sleeper sofa, a smart TV and a vibe that the kids of the house can call their own. An open deck and covered porch on this level offer the omni-present opportunity to relax alfresco whenever the mood strikes.
The final bedroom, a king master with an ensuite bath featuring a tiled shower and free-standing tub, as well as access to a private deck, is located on the second level. Occupants of this luxurious escape need only venture a few steps into the great room, where a calming, contemporary open layout brings everyone together for those special vacation moments. A gorgeous kitchen featuring a double oven, cooktop, double dishwashers, large refrigerator, stone countertops and a four-seat breakfast counter will impress even the fussiest of cooks. As for those meals that always taste better at the beach, enjoying them around a 10-seat dining table adds another dimension to the delight. Fill the evening out with TV, games, and conversation in the great room or out on the covered porch to watch the moon rise along with your contentment. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.
*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
