Enjoyed all the amenities, hot tub, arcade, darts. Very thoughtful in extra personal touches. Quiet neighborhood, great easy location for downtown, mt bike, hwy 24 to Breckenridge.

Clothes washing machine is not working and they are waiting on parts. We stayed for two weeks and chose to hand wash our clothes. Needs better cleaning, primarily dusting of the ceiling fan and window sills. Needs some maintenance, touch up paint and deeper cleaning. This is an old house that was half-way remodeled. I would not put this house into the Luxury category but is certainly acceptable. We stayed in October and the neighborhood was quiet. I recommend a more personal inspection from the Owner to ensure the cleaning and items are as described. I suspect owner may be depending on cleaning service that isn't living up to contract requirements. I really don't know. Would stay again if concerns were corrected before we stay. Overall, not a bad stay, wish we knew clothes washer was broke before we reserved this unit. Ask questions before you reserve this house. Host seems very nice.

We had a fantastic week. My son who lives local was able to visit and hang out daily. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday!! Also enjoyed the fireplace outside very much!!!

Overall, we had a great stay. It was myself, my husband and our 2 kids: 16 y/o & 10 y/o. Only 2 things that were negatives for us. 1st, the washer was unavailable for us during our stay. We were coming off a multi day road trip from Chicago so doing a load of laundry was mandatory. Although disappointing, we were able to find laundry service relatively close by. Host informed me upon check in, again not ideal but not the end of the world. My 2nd issue is with the cleanliness of the house. Important things were clean, like toilets, appliances, showers, etc. Wall, door frames, bathroom exhaust fan, baseboards were in need of a good cleaning. The back bathroom exhaust fan was coated in a layer of dust. This property could really benifit from a deep clean. With the amount of cleaning and service fees I guess I expected it to be cleaner. This was more on par with staying at a relatives house instead of a hotel-esk/rental property. Now on to the positive! You cant beat the location and amenities. My kids and husband enjoyed the heck out of the arcade games. The home size is very nice, plenty of room to spread out! The hot tub was perfect- very clean and in working order. Mattresses were very comfortable and coming from a week of driving and hotel beds, this was my favorite part about the property. All in all, we had a pretty great stay and if we are ever in the area again, we would most likely stay again.

Overall, we loved tge location. Easy access to everthing. Walkable to historic OCC. A little TLC would improve the home maintenance, but nothing that hurt our stay. Great host, very responsive and will do ehat is needed to maje your stay great.

We had an amazing stay at this home in Old Colorado City. Adam was an attentive and helpful communicator as we planned our stay, answering questions and suggesting that we take in the Balloon Festival, which we loved and might have missed. The house is very well equipped for a week long stay - kitchen set up and furnished for cooking. We found the beds to be comfy and the overhead fans made sleeping easy. We loved the outdoor deck with the grill, fireplace, hot tub and seating - perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed having family over on Labor Day and they were very jealous. We didn't know Colorado Springs area well but really lucked out with this location - so close to everything we wanted to do: tourist sites, great eating, and grocery stores. We left with wonderful memories. Thank you Adam and Emele.

We enjoyed our stay here for our daughter’s wedding. The property is very clean and we appreciated the amenities and the supplies of the basics such as coffee, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo etc. We were notified that code for the key pad was not working, therefore we would need to use the key in the lockbox. At first we didn’t think this would be a big deal, but our son and his girlfriend were staying with us and it would have been nice to have had 2 keys as we were both coming and going and we each had to make sure to put the key back in the lock box for the other. Also a couple of maintenance items that we wanted you to be aware of: the laundry sliding door does not stay closed, the washer is making an extremely loud noise during one part of the cycle which seemed even louder since the sliding door didn’t close and the outside string lights are not working. Or we couldn’t figure out how to turn them on. Several are broken and we assumed that they did not work and would normally come on with the back porch light. It was pretty dark back there so we didn’t sit out there. We sat on the front porch!

Very nice home. All the upgrades very nicely done and was very well stocked. No need to bring extra TP, paper towels, spices, shampoo or even beach towels. Those special touches make the stay more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. The only two small suggestions I would make would be larger bath towels. They were fairly small. Also, the recliner was broken, great if you wanted to lean back but it wouldn’t sit up straight unless you put it against the wall. Great stay, I would definitely return.

Girl's Trip to OCC

The house is exactly as stated; great location, well appointed, awesome outdoor space. Plenty of room for four girlfriends to feel right at home while ecploring beautiful Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City.The door code provided gave us some trouble upon check-in; the host answered the call and immediately remedied the situation in real time. Highly recommend!

Lovely house, great location

This house was spotless inside with comfortable bedding and a nicely equipped kitchen. Access was easy. The neighborhood is quirky and safe with a strong community feel, small houses most refurbished showing a sense of Colorado pride. You're a five minute walk from restaurants, breweries, and shopping and just minutes from Garden ot the Gods and Pikes Peak. Worth every penny.

I took my husband here for an amazing getaway! The house is conveniently located to everything we wanted to see. The soaks in the hot tub after long days of hiking and exploring was amazing. Thank you for such a great time. We will definitely return

Wonderful home in great location

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our kids. The home is in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance of the many wonderful restaurants, shops and bars in old Colorado City. We had 60 degree weather in February and loved being able to use the wonderful backyard grill, hot tub and dart board. The bed was comfy and kitchen had everything we needed.

Great Location home in Old CO Springs

We stayed here two nights in late December. The house was well furnished and updated. Our girls enjoyed the games in the garage as well as the hot tub. We found the location to be wonderful part of Colorado Springs to hit all of the attractions to the West. Definitely would recommend staying here. Great communication with host. As other reviews have stated there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. VRBO lists living room as having a twin bed, but this is the couch. Not a problem for us as we were a family of 4.
