● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a 3 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Private Pool: This home features an in-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious patio for lounging.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for 2-3 cars on the driveway right next to the garage. Do not block the long driveway as our neighbors need it to access the warehouse next door.

The en suite bathroom pampers you with his-and-hers sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and a separate, glass-walled shower. An attached bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks offers a fun space for the kids. A second bedroom on the main floor provides a queen-size bed for additional guests.

Head upstairs to the inviting living area that doubles as a game room. Just around the corner, you`ll find a spacious third bedroom with a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a versatile bunk bed with a twin-over-full configuration and a twin-size trundle. The fifth bedroom accommodates larger groups with two twin-over-full bunk beds and another twin-size trundle. Two full bathrooms upstairs ensure everyone has the privacy they need.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Surveillance Camera: Exterior Of the home, overlooking backyard and front of the Home
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
