Party of 11 in town for our daughter's senior college year showcase. Property is exceptional. TWO separate homes each with fully stocked kitchen. Spotless kitchen and bath areas. Walkable neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants... the burrito/taco next door was exceptional. VERY convenient to highway. INCREDIBLE communication and flexible assistance from the hosts. Only item our party notices was some smells of dampness in a few areas of the property. If you live or travel to NW (rainforest in US, this is common. Opened windows and aired areas out to resolve. HIGHLY recommend.

Great option for a group stay

We stayed at this property as a retreat-type trip. It had a great space for hanging out as a group indoors and outdoors as well as enough bedrooms to find a quiet space. The neighborhood was great, walkable restaurants and coffee spots.

When we were designing the layout of the houses we aimed to make large open spaces for groups to be in as well as smaller intimate spaces for a few people to connect in. Great setup for large families

Wonderful setup for a large family. Very comfortable seating areas with multiple bedrooms. Property well located. Manager very friendly and responsive. Check in and check out seamless. Central place to hang out around kitchen both indoors and outdoors. We loved our stay. Highly recommend it.

Incredible property and location in Portland, OR!

Really great space for our large group. All the rooms were very clean and amenities were thoughtful. It’s a very ideal location in Portland, especially to great local restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. Highly recommend.

When we began the company we knew the locations had to be in the heart of Portland's unique neighborhoods. June Girls Getaway

We had an amazing time staying at this property! We rented both houses and it was set up so perfectly. Everyone had lots of space and the communal spaces to gather were great. Walkable to lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. We had a fantastic time!

14 of us all had tons of room and bed space, no waiting for showers, everything we needed to cook and serve in the kitchen. Lots of storage in the bedrooms and even an option to drop luggage in storage before check in. We had places to park several cars. The walkable food, coffee, groceries options really sealed the deal for us and we had a ton of fun.

Great place for family

We were in town for a wedding. Many of the brides family stayed here. We could walk to all the wedding venues as well as numerous bars and restaurants. The kitchen in the back house was great for family dinners and games. Everyone loved it. So much better than a hotel.

This was a perfect gathering place for our Medical Office’s Weekend get away. Home is clean and well maintained. Location is great with several food carts within walking distance.

Great complex

Two awesome buildings that were clean and very accommodating. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Close to just about everything interesting in Portland, after a 5-10 minute Uber ride.

Great setup, great location!

These units were a great option for our "Big Family" reunion! The configuration of bedrooms, common areas, and amenities worked out great for us - our group of 13 adults and 4 kids aged 3-68 were all quite comfortable! Walking distance to lots of things with options for all - playgrounds to breweries!

Great Location, Comfort, and Communication

My husband and I rented this pair of houses for a 35th anniversary celebration. The hosts were communicative, and the property itself was comfortable, spacious, and well designed. Most Portland sites that we wanted to visit were just a short drive away, and those who chose to explore on foot around the property found plenty to interest them, including a quirky taxidermy shop. We would definitely choose this rental again for a similar function.

We are so happy Kirstin that you all loved the houses and location to other Oregon attractions, so handy to be able to jump on I-5 which is a few blocks away. We are also situated close to public transportation if people don't want to rent cars, that is an option. And as noted, walking down Mississippi Ave or Williams are both wonderful neighborhoods and easily walkable. We hope to have you back for your 40th anniversary!

The property is very nice. The older home in the front does smell like ‘an old home’ Fortunately I was able to sleep in the much newer back home.

This is the first comment of smell I have heard. The house was fulled gutted and remodeled 10 years ago, so it's really a new interior of a historic home. Thanks for staying with us!

EASY STAY

I ARRANGED FOR MY WRESTLING TEAM TO STAY AT THIS SITE. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED. EVENTHOUGH WE DIDN’T HAVE MUCH TIME TO JUST SIT BACK ENJOY IT, IT PROVIDED A WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE. THE EASY ACCESS TO I-5 WAS ALSO AN ADVANTAGE.
