The cutest place!

I brought my bf here for his birthday and what an amazing stay we had! The location is phenomenal. Just a few blocks from the main strip with all the things you need to experience Newport. The place itself was very clean and inviting. Beautiful decor and modern upgrades. The bed was very comfortable and the house was well stocked. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. Honestly one of the best vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in town.

Perfect weekend getaway

This was the perfect apartment for our weekend getaway! My husband and I have traveled to Newport 5+ times now and this property was hands down our favorite of all of our stays. Excellent location. Communication with owners was seamless, property was impeccably kept. Will absolutely be returning!

Everything we were looking for

Clean, bright (does this sound like a toothpaste commercial?), well-provisioned, and waayy closer to the "action" of Newport than we thought. Really easy to checkin/out. The hosts responded immediately to any questions, and were very pleasant. Maybe it was "out of season", but the price was a great deal.

Perfect Location

In the heart of downtown, car not necessary! Close to all boutiques, galleries, restaurants and cafes. The property is immaculate and updated. The owners were very responsive and flexible with check in time. We will definitely be back, thank you for a great weekend stay!

Amazing!

We came to Newport to celebrate our anniversary and stayed at Admiral Sims on Mill St. IT WAS PERFECT. The space itself was super clean and tidy. The king sized bed, as well as the couches, were so comfortable and we enjoyed the gas fireplace to take the chill out of the colder than expected nights. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to any questions that we had. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. We parked our car in their off street parking lot and walked everywhere. We fell in love with Newport and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Accommodation

The apartment is well located, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and very quiet. My only warning is that there are some twisty steps going up if you are not sure on your feet or have trouble carrying your luggage. I would stay here again. The landlords are gracious and accommodating

The place was exactly as advertised. Host was wonderful and very responsive. It was clean, spacious and quiet. Location was excellent! Highly recommend. The only negative was the AC window units.

Perfect for a Newport Stay

Incredible location, plenty of space, and a kind host. What more can you ask for? Seriously, the place is a 5 minute walk from the downtown restaurants, a 7 minute walk to First Beach and the Cliff Walk, and a 15 minute walk to the restaurants on Broadway. The host is very responsive and provides towels and parking. As a bonus, the home is in the heart of historic Newport, which I love as a history buff. We will definitely be back!

We loved the property and the location. It was close to the restaurants and shops at the Wharf and close to the mansions. The property has plenty of space for my husband and myself and the owners were great at communicating. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

The accommodations are wonderful! The place is perfect! It’s clean and has every amenity you need! It’s a few blocks from Bellevue Ave and if you walk down the street you are right in the heart of Newport where all the restaurants and shopping are! I highly recommend and I look forward to booking the room again in the near future!

Ideal Newport Location

The apartment was cozy, comfortable, clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Newport. The only improvement would be to add blackout blinds in the bedroom as it was very bright even with current window treatments closed.

Well appointed great location

Just a short walk to the pier. We had a great time and the place is clean with new furniture and appliances. The neighborhood is peaceful and there is plenty of room to park. Host checked in to make sure stay went well!

Wonderful accommodations

My first trip to Newport and this rental made the trip perfect! The apartment at 98 Mill St is located within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. With the off street parking at the unit we were able to leave the car and walk almost everywhere. The unit itself was exactly as described, very well appointed and clean. The owners were very responsive and so easy to work with! There is nothing more we could have asked for. We loved our first trip to Newport and will definitely stay here again when we return!!

We've been B&B owners since 2000 and came across this great property at Mill St so are giving it a try. We just love Newport and these old Victorian houses. Mill St is such an awesome location and we just finished gutting the apartments to create a fresh, clean, open concept living style for Newport visitors. Hope you like it!
