Perfect weekend getaway

This was the perfect apartment for our weekend getaway! My husband and I have traveled to Newport 5+ times now and this property was hands down our favorite of all of our stays. Excellent location. Communication with owners was seamless, property was impeccably kept. Will absolutely be returning!

Wonderful place to stay!

The accommodations are wonderful! The place is perfect! It’s clean and has every amenity you need! It’s a few blocks from Bellevue Ave and if you walk down the street you are right in the heart of Newport where all the restaurants and shopping are! I highly recommend and I look forward to booking the room again in the near future!

Perfect spot!

Great location. Property was super clean and very comfortable, hosts were nice and communicated everything we needed up front. A little walk to everything you need. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We loved our stay in Newport! The property was just as advertised. Perfect location for walking to restaurants, attractions and the trolley. Communication with the owners was easy. Can't wait to come back.

Newport Gem

We loved the property and the location. It was close to the restaurants and shops at the Wharf and close to the mansions. The property has plenty of space for my husband and myself and the owners were great at communicating. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

In the heart of downtown, car not necessary! Close to all boutiques, galleries, restaurants and cafes. The property is immaculate and updated. The owners were very responsive and flexible with check in time. We will definitely be back, thank you for a great weekend stay!

Well appointed great location

Just a short walk to the pier. We had a great time and the place is clean with new furniture and appliances. The neighborhood is peaceful and there is plenty of room to park. Host checked in to make sure stay went well!

Great location and host

Host worked to accommodate an early check in, was super communicative and friendly. The place was in a perfect location to walk anywhere in town and the perfect size for 2 or 3. No complaints at all!

The cutest place!

I brought my bf here for his birthday and what an amazing stay we had! The location is phenomenal. Just a few blocks from the main strip with all the things you need to experience Newport. The place itself was very clean and inviting. Beautiful decor and modern upgrades. The bed was very comfortable and the house was well stocked. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. Honestly one of the best vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in town.

Great stay in Newport once again!

Love this nicely appointed apartment with everything we could possibly need and very responsive, accommodating hosts. Great location! Walking distance from downtown wharf area as well as the mansions on Bellevue Ave. Highly recommend this rental especially for couples.

Great Place

Unit was spacious, clean and very modern. Beds were comfortable, towels and all accessories were very nice. Well located in a nice neighborhood setting, east walk to town but not in the busy area. Parking was a huge plus. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Amazing location

The location of our apartment was absolutely perfect! Easy walking distance to almost everything! The owners were so accommodating with our early arrival. One of the nicest experiences we have had with our VRBO rentals over the years.

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed being close to shopping, restaurants, and the marina. Communication and check were seamless. We look forward to returning when we are in Newport again.

Ideal Newport Location

The apartment was cozy, comfortable, clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Newport. The only improvement would be to add blackout blinds in the bedroom as it was very bright even with current window treatments closed.

Fantastic spot

Fantastic location and the place was spotless when we arrived. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Our host was easy to reach and returned messages in a timely manner. They were so accommodating when it came to things like early check in and parking for our guest. We will put this on the top of our list when we come back to Newport!

We are the family from Admiral Sims' House on Catherine St and Mill St which offers B&B Hotel and Apartment Lodging. We've been B&B owners since 2000 and came across this great property at Mill St so are giving it a try. We just love Newport and these old Victorian houses. Mill St is such an awesome location and we just finished gutting the apartments to create a fresh, clean, open concept living style for Newport visitors. Hope you like it!
