Cute Cottage

Cottage was cute and everything as described. Great location and convenient to restaurants and bars. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond to all questions. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great location for getaway

Close to the river and the park. We came for the blues festival. Easy walk from the property. Well furnished and cozy. We enjoyed our stay

Nice Week

The cottage was well equipped for anything you would need for a stay. The furniture was in good shape and comfortable. Nice neighborhood and yet secluded. Near the river and city activities.

great place to stay

Super property. Met all our needs plus a lot of extras like coffee, condiments,. Very clean and organized. We enjoyed walking along the waterfront enjoying all the Christmas decorations. I highly recommend.

Quick Getaway

This is a hidden gem in the downtown area. Nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty to see and do right down the road. Also not to far from beaches and the price is right. Not our first stay and won’t be our last. Only complaint, it books up fast, so, book as soon as possible.

Place was clean, everything u needed was there. I think the chairs for the beach needs replaced

Our over all stay was good, wasn’t real impressed with the location, but after u find bus stops to take u to the beach ( then u can take the free trolley to different locations) it was good ! But I think maybe mor directions left for people would be an asset so people could find these things befor the end of there stay

No complaints, only compliments

Although I did not need to speak with the owner during our visit, he was quick to respond and informative prior to our trip to Bradenton. The house had everything we needed… And it included some nice amenities that made the trip easier and more comfortable. The property was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this property!

Had everything we needed

I slept very well on the large bed(king size?). The furniture was comfortable and there were 2 sconces on either side of the bed for reading. The TV’s were larger than what we have at home. There was some construction around the corner,so our Door Dash guy couldn’t deliver. It was very clean and we appreciated that.

The rear door lock is a bit temperamental and took several tries to open. Would like to have known about the detour since GPS took us down closed streets. Unit itself was very nice!

Great stay

Great little spot and a great location. The only complaint If any is the light outside the door stayed on all night and would shine through at night. But other than that it was perfect and the bed was SOO COMFORTABLE! 10/10
