Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was a perfect setting for a lovely vacation. Everything was clean and certainly had enough towels. I did bring extra trash bags since that seems to always be an issue for me to have enough of them.. Perhaps they give you more if you run out - but I just bring a few of mine and all goes fine.

Long weekend

The condo was beautiful and clean. We also loved the location. The master bedroom stayed warm, despite having the ac turned down to 65. The guest TV didn’t work and the other two TVs were a pain to turn on and work properly- good thing we were at the beach and didn’t use electronics much. Overall, I would definitely stay there again!

Vacation in 15B

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best decorated condos we’ve ever stayed in at Arcadian 1. The view was spectacular.. We come to Arcadian at least once sometimes twice every year.Arcadian is quiet peaceful very secure and all units are beach front. The Paris is access able from the bedroom as well as the living room. We truly had a great vacation and of course will be back.

Gorgeous ocean view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience was very pleasant! The condominium was decorated beautifully. The view was spectacular from the balcony. The unit included most anything that we needed. Few minor complaints were that the master bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. You could not make any movement at all without it making noise. Also, every once in a while, I would notice a strange odor in the unit. I’m not sure if that is from smoking that was coming in from units nearby or what was the cause. However, I would definitely return. I love Arcadian I.

Nice condo and great location

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was awesome. We usually stay in North Myrtle so we weren’t quite sure when booking. The condo was very nice and plenty of space for our family of 4. I think the cleaners could have been a bit more thorough with the floors and counter wipe downs but it smelled very clean when we walked in. The master bathroom was a bit outdated and the other bathroom had a hole in the ceiling above the shower that was not repaired (from the unit above leaking) when we arrived BUT we were told immediately upon check-in and received a credit without even having to ask. I couldn’t have asked for a better way for management to handle that situation and it was no big deal for our kids using that shower. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family and we would stay again!
