Thanks for staying Lynda and for your review! We are transitioning cleaners so apologize about the ceiling fan remote being under couch and the stack of towels being left in laundry room. Also just bought a new set of large dinner plates so there is more variety for future guests. Thankful for your feedback and happy you had a great stay. Come back anytime :)

Katie you were a pleasure to talk with from the start. Thank you for the review and kind words. Happy you had a great stay, come back anytime!

Thanks for the kind review Theresa, it was great to have you all! We just replaced all the mats and rugs in the house as we do at the end of every year. Not sure what happened with the all wooden dining room chairs but I’ll make sure our team wipes them down well. Glad to hear you had a comfortable stay. Thanks for the feedback! Hope to see you again next time :)

Thanks for staying, Matthew! I’m glad you had a good stay overall, but I’m really sorry about the dog hair on the sheets. We did clean the bedding, but the folks before you had 3 dogs and the clean didn’t get all the hair off. I’ll make sure this is addressed with new sheets for future guests. The garage is being cleared as we update some furniture, and the pool gets cleaned weekly, but storms can bring in some dust. We truly try to make every stay perfect, but stuff happens. I appreciate your feedback and would love to have you back to make it right. Take care!

Thank you for your feedback DeAnn. We strive to maintain our property to the highest standards, and I'm sorry to hear now about your disappointment. Our pool service visits twice a week, but the Arizona monsoon season can still sometimes create unexpected challenges. I offered a full refund for your $200 two-night stay, and I hope you received that message. Additionally, we did have extra towels and toilet paper stocked in the supply closet. I wish I had known about the shortage during your stay so we could have addressed it promptly. Our goal and commitment is for every guest to have a fantastic experience or receive a refund.

Karen, I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We always aim to provide a clean and comfortable space, and I regret that parts of your stay fell short. It’s important to note that we didn’t hear from you until two weeks into your 30-day visit, at which point you requested a full refund. Even so, we responded promptly and did our best to address your concerns by dropping off brand new dishes, cookware, and towels. Just after your stay, another guest checked in for an 3-night stay and left a glowing 5-star review on Airbnb, which we believe reflects the home and the care we put into everything. We still took your feedback seriously and used it to make continued improvements. It was proper time for new window blinds throughout, and we did that. Thank you again for the feedback. Wishing you all the best in your future travels.

Thanks a lot for the review Chris! We look forward to hosting you again next time :)
