Can’t beat the location! A beautiful view of the ocean and boardwalk. It has all that you need and you can walk to everything. I go back every year!

Wonderful getaway!

Marilyn’s condo was perfect! We could wake up in the morning and see the ocean from bed - heaven It was a wonderful place for a mother-daughter weekend and had everything we needed. Marilyn was a terrific host, and I hope to stay there again.

Great Getaway

First time staying on the Boardwalk in OC, NJ and this was a near perfect location. VERY clean, very comfortable bed. Great place for a couple, no more. Price was also very reasonable!

Winter weekend getaway

This condo was small but perfect for the two of us! It was wonderful to be able to view the beach and ocean from the comfort of our living room. We could also step out on balcony for a bit, if desired. We look forward to staying here again!

Lovely spot

We enjoyed our time in this clean and beautifully decorated condo. Its right on the boardwalk, just after the commercial part ends which makes it a great place to start a bike ride or walk on the boardwalk. Its close to everything, but pretty quiet. It has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from large casement windows that open wide to let the sea air in.

Wonderful getaway!

Wonderful location. Very responsive owner. Some work was being done on the condo building which resulted in us not being able to use the balcony which was disappointing. Nice condo!

Rest and Relaxation by the Ocean

This suite in the condo is cozy and comfortable, with great views of the boardwalk, beach, and ocean. We were there at the end of February and enjoyed several sunny days, and then the magic of watching rain and wind do their work on the waves, as well. Convenient to the shops on the boardwalk, though only a few are open this time of year (which suited us just fine). Definitely a treat to be there.

Pure relaxation

Covid-19 Safe

I am immune compromised and this was an excellent location for seeing the beach and surf while staying safe from the crowds. Marilyn was very helpful and responded immediately to every question. We enjoyed our stay!

Pre-season stay

Marilyn was wonderful and available for questions. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was no dish soap, no trash bags, no extra rolls of toilet paper, and no hair dryer.

Love this place!

2nd year using this as my personal winter getaway for a long weekend. The pictures are not update as the kitchen has been updated.....so it's even better than shown. My favorite spot is the chair by the window, looking over the ocean and the people on the boardwalk. I'll be returning!

Couldn't have picked a better place!

Our stay at Marylin's condo was an absolutely perfect week! The condo is right on the boardwalk/beach at 14th street and is a perfect location. This vacation was just my wife and I, so the condo was excellent place for a couple. It was clean and neat and Marylin was actually there when we got there. She is the nicest person! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our clothes in the 2 dressers and closet. It was beautiful watching the sun rise everyday out on the balcony and very nice that it is only a few steps from the beach. I would highly recommend this condo, but please don't take our week. We will definitely be back! Thank you. PS.... I gave the "accuracy of listing" only a 4 because it was much nicer than the pictures.

Complete Ocean Immersion

All windows and a balcony are a direct view of the ocean (as shown in the listing photos). So the beach is seconds away. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We would be happy to return.
