The property was extremely clean and was in an excllent location. The house provided extra amenities, which made it much easier. Since one of us has a mobility problem, it was difficult to navigate the steps to get in and to access the bathrooms that were located on the second floor. But it was a terrific getaway vacation!

We had a wonderful long weekend with family for a birthday celebration. The property and location were perfect for family gatherings, games, beach and boardwalk excursions. Highly recommend and we are likely to return.

We had such a wonderful time here! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The best part is it was so close to the beach and boardwalk that we barely had to drive! Bill and Kate were so kind and so easy to work with I would definitely consider booking with them again if the opportunity presents itself!

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

Perfect location for adults and kids. The house was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Amazing price for a holiday weekend with such a great location. Our teens could walk to the boardwalk and beach with friends. We will definitely look for this property in the future!

Steps from the ocean!

Wonderful stay close to the ocean, and an amazing coffee shop (Positively 4th St). Easy to communicate with host. My only request would be black out (or heavier) curtains but otherwise excellent!

Excellent location, clean, well kept and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, extra amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, spices, etc often not found at rentals at the shore.

Perfect spot!

Great property and space for my family and our dog. Loved the porch off the bedrooms and front porch area to relax. Very close to the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy to communicate with host.

Return to OC for the nostalgia

We moved away to the West Coast, but needed our “Down the Shore” fix. This property is in the perfect location, just far enough from the boardwalk to be quiet, but close enough to walk everywhere!! Great host!

Great Stay

House was clean and had a great location next to boardwalk and beach. Bill was always helpful with stay and even helped us when we forgot something at house. Would stay again.
