Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Eldorado K102 is a spacious, air-conditioned one bedroom that sleeps 6 people. The bedroom has 2 queen size beds while the living room features a sleeper sofa and two full bathrooms. It boasts a partial ocean view and offers close proximity to the front desk and parking for added convenience.

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites!
This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie, giving you an easy way to add adventure, relaxation, and local flavor to your stay.

Family vaca 2025

This property worked out great for our family. Great location . Amazing amenities. The beach cabana itself was a huge plus for us! We will definitely be back and had lots of our friends asking where we stayed! Below is a picture of our last sunset here from the main pool.

Great location

This is a great family of 4 place. It's close to the main pool and just below the office. Easy golf cart trip to the beach where they have chairs and ice with a staffed cabana. Will book here again

Great place for families!

This was a great unit and perfect for our family. Close to parking and the front desk so it was easy to load and unload items and also get rides to the cabana. Very nice unit! Would definitely stay here again!

Larger than the photos! Plenty of towels, 15 minute walk to Kaanapali beach, clean & spacious! The only recommendation is to have well lit paths across the golf course—we got lost more than once!

Great stay

Great time. The unit met our needs. Even had a step stool for our little guy to reach the sink. Don’t bother packing your snorkel gear and floaties. They have all that. And 2 beach chairs and coolers too. Kitchen is small. Like really small. 1 cook kitchen but it did ok for us. 2 bathrooms was nice to have. We have stayed at maui elderado 6 times now and I would stay in this unit again.

Great location and larger than expected.

This was a terrific property and we would recommend it to anyone looking for quiet as well as activity. The pool was close as was the parking garage. Great area along the beach for walking and running. The waves were higher and stronger than I would be comfortable having children near but just a short drive from a good beach for littles as well as walking distance to shopping and food. Two queen beds and two bathrooms were a wonderful surprise. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, very comfortable and spacious. Walking distance to private beach with cabana. Great location, walking distance to some of the best snorkeling in Maui. Also can take a 5 minute bus ride to the best shopping in Maui. Great place, will definitely be back!

2-Star Condo Experience 😕

Several issues on my first day. Your advertisement is deceiving. I thought the location was closer to the beach front. I had to make a maintenance call on day 1 and this was very inconvenient. My first day was unacceptable and definitely not worth the money I paid. Two locks were broken on the door and only one was repaired. One of the shelves on the refrigerator door was broken and it was unable to be used to store items. Apparently two of the closets are used for owners supplies and the doors were not locked and there was no sign on the doors indicating we could not used these areas. We had problems with the TV operating and had to keep going to the front desk to get them to repair. I am visiting from Houston, TX. This was my first experience staying in a vacation rental. It was not a good experience. My next visit I will stay in a hotel where I will get the value of my money spent.

This is a beautiful property and was an easy check in. We love the location and the private beach with cabana. This unit was in Fantastic condition and was updated. The air conditioner worked great. We will definitely come back and stay here

Great Maui property

It’s in the heart of the best beach in Maui, kanaapli beach at black rocks. If you walk to the north it’s awesome beaches If you walk south (thru the Sheraton) it’s great beaches. Plus you can jump off the black rocks and see the Sheraton sunset torch lighting ceremony. 10min drive to Lahina shops, restaurants and banyan tree. Strip mall stores and restaurants are a 5 min walk. 3 Great pools on property and hot tub.

Great place to stay

Ideal location with great cabana/beach access, quiet property, comfortable stocked unit. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to visiting again.

Convenient, beautiful grounds

My stay was for 9 nights & it was a great time . Location was good , didn’t rent a vehicle . Walked , Uber or took the shuttle bus . Walking direction to whalers village . Would definitely go back .

Stay at Eldorado

Very pleasant unit, fully stocked. Eldorado beautiful as usual.
