We’re longtime Florida residents who love everything about the Florida Gulf Coast, especially the relaxed atmosphere of Indian Rocks Beach. We enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, and taking advantage of everything Florida has to offer.

We chose Indian Rocks Beach because it has the perfect balance—a beautiful beach, amazing sunsets, great local restaurants, and laid-back coastal charm, while still being close to Clearwater Beach, John’s Pass, and many of the Tampa Bay area’s attractions.

We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place that we would be happy to stay in ourselves. As hosts, we want our guests to experience Florida the way we love it: sunny beach days, beautiful Gulf sunsets, great food, and time spent making memories with family and friends.

We fell in love with Indian Rocks Beach because it offers the perfect combination of beautiful beaches, incredible sunsets, and laid-back Florida coastal charm.

Take a stroll through the beautifully maintained grounds to the beachfront deck, where you can watch the sun set over the Gulf, listen to the waves, and occasionally hear local musicians playing nearby. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down, relax, and truly enjoy being at the beach.

One of our favorite things about Indian Rocks Beach is that you can enjoy the quieter, small-town beach atmosphere while still being close to Clearwater Beach, John’s Pass, and everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer.

Nature lovers will also find plenty to enjoy. Ospreys nest nearby, and we often see them fishing over the Gulf, along with pelicans, shorebirds, and other coastal wildlife.

Add in the local restaurants, ice cream shops, and beautiful shoreline, and it’s easy to see why we chose this neighborhood. We hope it becomes a place you’ll want to return to year after year.

What makes our condo special is the combination of top-floor privacy, beautiful Gulf views, direct beach access, and all the comforts of home.

Located on the 5th and top floor with no neighbors above, you can start your morning with coffee on the private balcony overlooking the Gulf and end your day watching one of Indian Rocks Beach’s incredible sunsets.

The beach is just steps away through a private walkway, and we make beach days easy with chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and towels available in our ground-floor storage room—so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying the beach.

Guests can also enjoy the heated pool, outdoor grilling area, gazebo, Gulf-view sun decks, and an assigned covered parking space.

Inside, you'll have two king bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a full-size washer and dryer, with plenty of room for up to six guests.
