Condo was just average. Unit needs updates:The couch needs replaced. A fresh coat of paint on walls would help brighten up unit. Uncomfortable mattresses ,shower liners dirty. Unit had been clean prior, but still the atmosphere felt gloomy. Rust very bad on side of Fridge. Outside only had One working elevator reported since last October 2024. No Bugs though that was plus !! A Beautiful View of the Ocean to !!

Room with a View

It was lovely to go to sleep & wake up to the sound of the ocean. The condo is in a great location, close enough to things, but still seems relatively quiet.Charity is a great hostess!

Good Location

Condo could use some updating. Unaware that you need to lock your door with actual key. Door with key pad does not automatically lock the door and no directions given stating that. Found out our day before leaving.It does have a great location. Pool is smaller than projected in photos

Week getaway

My family of 5 enjoyed 7 days at Cherry Grove 8/11-8/18/24. Condo easily accessible with carts and elevators available to get items to your floor and back. The weather was perfect. Condo is very close to the beachfront with showers and water hoses to clean sand off prior to heading to the pool and/or returning to your condo. Units have supply closets outside of condo rooms and ours stored chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc that we broight as well as being full of all of those items we could use of theirs! The condo was fully stocked with extra lines, all kitchen and cookwear, games, books, etc and has 2 openings to the balcony.area with beautiful views. Our stay was quiet and felt safe. We were hoping it was within closer walking range to things to do and places to eat but the pier was the only thing within a reasonable distance. Nonetheless, only a short drive away from most anything you could need/want to do! The beach was clean and this was just a few days after Hurricane Debby passed through. Lots of shells/broken shells, if you have sensitive feet would need water shoes. To add, we had water issues and elevator issue during our stay that were resolved promptly. No complaints. Thankful for our time here as we came for grieving and closure of an incident that occured during our stay in NMB in 2022. We dont plan to return to MB, but if we do we wouldn't mind staying here again! Thank you, Charity.

The condo is just as described. Great balcony with a spectacular view.

Other than tropical storm Debby..it was a great week. Charity responds to every question you may have! She is wonderful! You will not be disappointed with her generosity and accommodations. We loved it! And once again…you will love Charity.

Very nice!

We loved the covered balcony with such a great view of the beach! Nice property and location and it was very quiet and peaceful. We appreciated having access to the host's beach chairs. We would stay here again.
