LOCATION、LOCATION、LOCATION。 この特定のビーチタウンハウスは、複合施設の正面にあり、正面のマスターベッドルームから湾の景色を眺めることができ、ビーチ（徒歩1分未満）とプールに簡単にアクセスできます。 ここで混乱するエレベーターはありません！ 車両を駐車してすぐに歩いてください。

このコーナーユニットは、追加のサイドウィンドウからの自然光がたっぷり入るオープンフロアプランを提供しています。 リビングルームは活気に満ちており、居心地の良いソファがフラットスクリーンテレビを中心に配置され、全体がタイル張りになっています。 リビングルームからのスライドガラスドアは、プールに簡単にアクセスできるようにフロントポーチにつながっています。
キッチンは完全にステンレス製の電気器具、花崗岩のカウンタートップで更新され、ゲストが楽しめるように完全にストックされていました。
ダイニングテーブルには家族用の座席があり、スライド式のガラスドアからグリルできるパティオに簡単にアクセスできます。
角を曲がったところに、洗濯機と乾燥機が置かれている1階1/2のバスがあるので、水着を清潔に保つことができます！

Awesome location, great stay

Absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. Location was perfect with east access to everything. Short walk across the street to the beaches and kids loved playing in the pool.

Quiet and Beach Convenient

The three of us truly enjoyed our time at 16. Neighbors were friendly and helphul on where to dine affordably. Easy access to the private beach, which is a big plus. Pool swimmers were gone by 10pm. We recommend staying here.

Destin Trip

We loved our stay at Gulf Winds East. Quick communication with the host. The closest and easiest walk to the beach that we’ve ever had. The pool was always kept nice and clean. The other families at the condo were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place.

The place was awsome and very convenient for me and my family. Beach was only about a 3 minute walk and every thing we needed was very close such as shopping centers family fun activities, and restaurants. Would definitely book here again if we ever come back to Destin.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation - walk to the beach right across the street, or hop in the pool right out the back door. The home was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had excellent cookware which is always a big deal for me. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation spot
