Nice quiet location close to beach

The property location is nice, shady and quiet. Fairly close to the beach (about 8 minutes walk).The unit was spacious and clean. The screened porch is excellent.There is a pond with an alligator, it was fun to watch it!The coffee maker wasn't working, a quick text to the management and they delivered a brand new replacement within 2 hours on Saturday.Highly recommended!

Lovely getaway place

Perfect place for families, with small children. Super close to the beach. The condo is located in a very quiet area. Beautiful for early morning and night walks.

Great Vacation

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay at Amelia Landing. Happy that the greenway was nearby for birding and exercise. The rental staff were so easy to work with. Thank you for a happy winter getaway.

Wonderful Amelia Landings

It was very comfortable and conveniently located near the beach and downtown. We loved relaxing on the back porch under the ceiling fans, and spent a lot of time in the pool. We will be back!

Ideal Place to Vacation

This condo is located in a great setting... shaded by trees...with all the amenities you need. The condo is n.with a wonderfully relaxing screened porch. There is a large pool. You are also close to the beach with a path to the beach which is a few blocks away. I love this area and the condo is in a perfect setting. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Atmosphere

This was our 2nd time staying at Amelia Landings and we loved it just as much as our 1st time. The convenience of walking to the beach, the beautiful and clean condo, perfect view from the peaceful back porch, text from property manager and the new keyless entry. We will be back!

Great little beach apartment!!

Our stay was really great. Check-in/check-out was simple and easy. The courtesy check once we got there was nice. The unit was clean and comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars on the cleanliness of the property was some of the dishes/silverware we pulled out of the cupboards to use weren’t clean . And that could be from previous guests and not cleaning staff. There is also fun stuff to see and do within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying again!!!

A very restful get-away !!!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo.... we love it ! It's our little home away from home. It's clean and tidy and has everything we both need.... including a separate bathroom for each of us. The furnishings and decor are great and the kitchen had everything we needed too. SUPER pool and parking for sure. Booking was very easy and everyone was so nice to work with. Be sure to check out this condo if you're looking for a quiet peaceful get-away that's near shopping and places to eat. Jean August 2019

Just purely awesome

Simply perfect! 5 minute walk to the beach and good restaurants, extremely clean, nice washer and dryer. Only two complaints: the road payment right at the complex was awful, especially since we had our motorcycle with us. Secondly, and this is purely preference, the master bedroom bed was uncomfortably high. Aside from that, this place is perfect! My better half loved the screened in back porch that was nice and quiet! We will return

Need a Fact Sheet

I would recommend that a fact sheet with Wifi and Wifi Password, Code to Pool, and good restaurants be left inside the unit in an easily assessable place. This info is more important than who owns the unit.

Beach access

Place was great, but the description of how close to the beach very misleading. You have to go thru a woods trail, over a broken down boardwalk and cross a busy street. None of which can be done easily with any beach stuff. We ended up driving to a different beach. Not related to the place, but the VRBO fee was hidden pretty well in the pricing.

Christmas on Amelia Island

The condo was easy to find, in a quiet fabulous neighborhood within walking distance to the beach through a path. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. The only 2 things that I wasn't fully happy with were the towels which were old and scratchy and the kitchen. You can't even open the dishwasher fully because the closet door frame is in the way! The pans and pots were few and not in great shape, and the "spice" cabinet was dirty. We had a great week overall though and loved the island!

Like staying at a friends lovely home for a vacation.... very restful !

We had such a great time at this condo … pool... and beach ! The large trees provided wonderful shade for the condo as well as for the parked cars. The pool was pure awesome … we spent many delightful hours swimming and floating around in it. We found everything very clean and tidy. Getting to the beach was quite easy... some days we walked and some days we drove the 2 short blocks. The condo was everything we needed.... our first choice is 2 baths, with one or two bedrooms. For the two of us, that's just perfect. The people we dealt with, Summer and her handy husband, were just the greatest to work with. Very quick to respond and delightful to work with . We would have no problem coming again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful vacation !

Property was great! It was clean, met all our needs

This property was very nice. My only disappointment was that it was stated it was walking distance to the beach. For me and my sister (each in our 70's) that was NOT true! It might be walking distance for people in their 40's or younger but not for us! By the time we got to the beach, we were to tired to walk on the beach knowing we needed to walk back to the condo! The number 1 reason we go to Florida is to walk on the beach and enjoy the sun and sand, this year we had to drive! It was not far, but kept us from enjoying the beach as much as in past years. The condo was great, the porch was fabulous but to cold this year to enjoy it but a couple of days.
