Great choice for a quick stay in Traverse City. Great location; a short walk to Front Street with a bbq place and nice local bar right across the street. Apartment was clean and well appointed.

Awesome location

The location of this property was perfect for walking around downtown TC.It was clean, and well stocked to meet our needs.It was very easy to find and to get into the property.We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot in Traverse

This was a great apartment for our family of 6 with convenient walking access to downtown dining, shopping, and the water front.

Perfect Location

Clean, comfortable, excellent central location. Easy walk to anywhere you want go in downtown Traverse City. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

Wonderful Stay in Traverse City

This is the perfect location for a stay in the Traverse City area and was a great way to finish out our Michigan holiday. It’s a short walk to Front Street and a short drive to all of your sightseeing spots. We stayed in Apartment B and it’s very spacious and clean. Stuart was very responsive and easy to communicate with. When I visit TC again, I would definitely stay here.

Loved the location

We loved the location, the beds were very comfortable. Only thing that was missing was kitchen towels as there wasn’t a dish washer. Had to use the papertowels.

Perfect location

The location of this property could not have been better, less than a mile from any bar/restaurant and the beach. We brought our bicycles but really walking would get you anywhere downtown that you wanted to go. Tons of breakfast/coffee locations within walking distance as well. We were in apartment A, perfect size for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 young children. We will be happy to come back and stay again.

Good location, easy parking and walking distance to Front Street.

The location was very good. It had easy parking and was in walking distance to Front Street. This is an upstairs apartment, and the steps are quite steep. Bedrooms had wall air-conditioning units which worked great, but the living space was quite warm. Thank goodness for the fans in each room.

Lovely apartment in stellar location!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 5 nights with our 1 year old daughter and a friend. The location was so nice, a quick scenic walk by the river to Front street and downtown/the beach. It feels tucked away from the liveliness of Front street and is quiet and residential even though it’s so close. It was tidy, clean and the bedrooms and bathroom are spacious. The host was very friendly and communicative and helpful! I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for all of these attributes.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, and bike paths. However, the bathtub has a very slow drain and made for a not so pleasant nor relaxing experience. The general cleanliness was okay, but it definitely needs some attention. Regular maintenance would go a long way. Internet access was spotty a few times, but it was generally a good connection. The response time was a bit slow from the host. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and simple.
