Beautiful house in 30A close to beach

The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Overall we enjoyed our stay . The house is beautiful and is a very short walk to the beach . There is only parking for three vehicles at this house . The house was clean but the kitchen could have been cleaner. The property manager was helpful when we had a problem with the pedestrian gate not working she called and had it repaired the next day . The house sleeps 14 but six of the people are in a bunk room. The two bedrooms on top floor share a bath. Master suite is on second floor and has a large bath with tub and shower First floor queen bedroom has its own bath and the bunk room has a bath as well . The pool is fairly small. There is a bathroom with toilet by the pool and a shower in a shed like area . I was disappointed that the house did not include chair and umbrella beach service . We have rented a beach front property that costs less and came with four chairs and an umbrella. This house comes with four bicycles . Close to Seaside . The private beach area for the neighborhood is very small the size of one lot . Laundry room is on first floor . The kitchen is well equipped but most of the pots and pans are in poor condition and many with nonstick coatings need to be replaced . Not much pantry space .
