I absolutely hate doing bad reviews, and typically don't. That's also why I've waited over 2 months to leave the review in the hopes that my issues would be taken care of. (They haven't unfortunately!)
Let me start by saying that we stay at Aqua every single time we go to PCB, which is typically twice a year. This is the first time we've ever used a "company" to rent our condo (I like to rent from the homeowner). And this is the first time I've ever had to leave a bad review. I have nothing bad to say about Aqua- the actual condo complex.
On our second day, when I tried to use the dryer in the unit, it did not work. It gave me an error code of "he". Quick Google search said it was probably the heating element, so I immediately called to let them know that the dryer wasn't working. (While the search also said that this was probably happening for a while- so maybe they already knew this was an issue? But maybe not?) The lady on the phone took my message and said she would relay the info to maintenance and get back with me. I waited all day (the first call was at like 9am), so I called back again around 4 (while my clothes were left to sour in the washer). I was told the same thing, they would tell maintenance.
If I continue to write every detail, this will be a book, so I'm going to only do the major points.
