This is a nice, budget friendly, pet friendly option for the Murphys area. It is a well-equipped unit and the A/C made it very comfortable despite the weather (95 degrees plus!). Our host, Jessica, was very friendly and we enjoyed a nice conversation with her and playtime with our pups. It is in the 'country' but it is a short drive to downtown. We paid for the welcome package and the wine & cheese, etc. was excellent! Pros: great host, great communication, lots of supplies for kitchen/bath, lots of hot water, comfortable bed, pretty views from living room. Cons: this is a downstairs unit, so there is a lack of natural light in bathroom/kitchen. The hosts lives upstairs, which some guests may not prefer (although there was minimal noise). The carpet is stained, which makes the place feel a bit dirty despite the general cleanliness of the rest of the unit. There is lots of bushes/brush growing around the area, which our dog picked up on his fur whenever we took him out. We found walking him up on the road was better than letting him explore around the unit, which was a little inconvenient, but do-able. Overall a nice place and would recommend for two people and a fur baby!
