Welcome to Your Seaside Escape in Rockport, MA!
Nestled along the pristine shores of Long Beach, our beach house invites you to indulge in the ultimate oceanfront retreat. With 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and ample space to comfortably sleep 14 guests, this coastal haven promises unforgettable moments with family and friends.

Enjoy our spacious covered front deck over looking the Atlantic Ocean. The deck allows for comfortable lounging as well as outdoor dining for 6+.

Linens and beach towels are included. In addition: Owners beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys are here for your enjoyment!
Beach tents are available upon request (additional fees applied).
Brand new (4) top of the line energy efficient split heat/ac.

On-site parking is available for 2–3 vehicles, pending size directly infront of house. Left side of street is for overflow and can park in any unmarked spot.
Please note: parking is managed independently by the beach community and payment is required at the gate upon arrival.
Current rates are $60 per vehicle per week, $20 per vehicle on weekends, and $15 per vehicle on weekdays (Rates are subject to change). Let the attendant know the length of your stay, and they’ll provide a sign for your car so you can come and go freely during your visit.


House Rules:
Quiet hours are between 9pm-9am

No Parties/Events, No Smoking, No Pets, No Open Fires
All food/trash must be completely removed from home and put in proper outside recepticals.
