Stayed here for fall break with my teenagers. Had a great time! Everyone had there own space. Super spacious and we loved it. Lots to do around the area and right on the water. It was beautiful

Perfect Family Gathering

This property is the best place possible for a large family. Gorgeous yard, view, and a block from our favorite beach in the area. The property owner is easy going and allows families to just stay and enjoy.

Perfect family spot

The house is comfortable and clean and has a great yard. Short walk to a small, beautiful beach and a nice walk into town. We loved the quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous location; within walking distance to beach and coastal walking paths as well as Bear Skin neck and Motif #1. House was clean and cozy with all amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. Host very nice and responsive. Neighborhood safe and lovely with friendly neighbors walking their very well behaved dogs. View of the beach from Aderonack chairs in the side yard allowed for spectacular morning coffee views - fabulous way to start the day! Hope to go back again!!!

Magical Time

We had a wonderful time with our family of 7. The home had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The outdoor space and sunroom was a pleasant surprise as well. We will definitely come here again.

Great location

Lovely and quaint house in a great area. Two minute walk to beautiful ocean views. House was well-stocked stocked and comfortable. Lots of space for two teenagers in a 10-year-old. Wonderful overall property.

QUAINT! Pictures don't do it justice

This home was so cozy and perfect for a Fall getaway! We absolutely loved spending time there and even got to enjoy a fire in the fire pit outside in the evening. The pictures truly don't do it justice; it's adorable and incredibly spacious! Stuart was also very kind!

NE Trip ends with Rockport

Couldn't ask for a better location to Rockport harbor! House was extremely clean upon arrival, found beds fairly comfortable, one tub shower very tight with curtains on both sides, grill filled with grease and unable to use and could use more silverware, especially teaspoons. Stuart responded quickly to small needs

awesome Atlantic Ave. beach house

Charming older house with all of the comforts of home. Great property, neat & clean, located in a quiet neighborhood tucked in between The Headlands & Old Garden Beach. Amazing sunrises, beautiful garden, fire pit & deck. Off street parking, walkable to town, spacious yard, and relaxing 3 season room. Location is perfect to unwind and close to beach & town to have fun!

Beautiful mature home with room to roam

We loved the feeling of welcome and warmth of this older New England home just a block from the ocean.I'm so thankful for the space that allowed us to be together while also giving enough room to spread out and relax and regroup.Nice updates to the home, but would recommend additional updates to the 2nd bathroom as well.Better responses thru personal texts after arrival.Definitely saving this location for future visits.

PARADISE!

This house and it's location are amazing! Walking distance to everything you need for a completely relaxing vacation by the beach. Everyone in the neigborhood appeared to know we were temporary residents and were very friendly! The house was very cozy and with 4 bedrooms all of my kids were able to have their own room and privacy. The home was very cozy and had plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy - with fantastic views. We absolutely loved our stay and hated to leave.

FABULOUS HOUSE & TOWN

Views are tremendous; nearby restaurants and shops are wonderful. House had plenty of supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, condiments, etc. Had issue with heating but owner immediately took care of it. Washer/dryer are in cellar with steep stairs going down; just a heads up!

Great rental!

My husband and i stayed with our 3 kids ages (14,12,8). It was perfect! Walking distance to downtown bearskin neck, you can see old garden beach ocean from the house. Minutes from capehedge beach. The house was great for us! Will likely stay again!
