Hi Tammy, Thanks for the review. We’re so glad the condo’s cleanliness and amazing beachside location added to your vacation experience! We’re sorry to hear that parking was a bit frustrating; unfortunately this complex only assigns one space per property. In the future, additional vehicles can be parked in the guest spaces nearby. Again we’re so glad you had a great stay, please come back soon and mention our return guest discount. - The Great Ocean Team

Hello Stephen, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay in one of our condos. We are happy to hear that the Great Ocean Condos team was helpful, the condo location was amazing, and the home was well kept. Unfortunately, we just manage individual properties directly for the owners and have no control of maintenance that occurs on the complex grounds. We do our best to alert and/or move the guests once we have been updated on any construction. The good news is that construction like this is temporary and does not reflect the overall experience one would receive when visiting at other times of the year. We also hope that the refund the owner provided is seen as a good faith gesture for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We also alerted the owner regarding the kitchen equipment and utensils being updated. We hope that you will choose Great Ocean Condos for your future stay and don't forget to mention the $50 return guest discount! The Great Ocean Team

Hello Debbie, We are so sorry that you had to deal with these issues. While some of our owners are kind enough to allow pets on there properties, we have no control over the complex rules which dictate where animals are allowed to be on the premises. The additional laundry fee is also mentioned in our rental terms and we are sorry if you were unaware of our policies. Again we do apologize for this whole ordeal and wish you the best. Thank you, The Great Ocean Team
