Now available as a short-term rental, the Lochlainn House has been updated with:

We are pet friendly. The large, fully fenced yard keeps your little people and fur friends safe and contained.

The decks were recently rebuilt with high end PCV decking and aluminum railing. The top deck has a table with chairs around the fire table and access to the hot tub. The lower deck has a fully modular and adjustable outdoor sectional and table with seating for 9 with an additional 4 loungers. There is comfortable space and chairs for a total of 31 people (not a typo) in the yard with 4 tables (one most suitable for food staging and prep).

This is the premier big house rental in Sylvan Lake and we have aspirations for regular and continued improvement. Long lead time rentals will almost certainly find exciting new amenities at check in that didn't exist at booking.

- room for one more basement arcade machine (looking for a 2 player Dance Dance Revolution, fingers crossed)

*A short note on cleaning fees. We're doing our best to keep this as low as possible, but we don't like short cuts here. The fee never covers our actual costs, which we are ok with. The house is big, with three full bathrooms and a lot of heavy linens. That takes time and it's important to us that you arrive with the house in a state you can feel comfortable with. Adding a modest pet fee is an effort to reduce costs for those without animals. We adore them too, but they have a material impact on cleanup costs.
