I would not rent again to this unfair human being. Someone who comes into a beautiful villa complex and into one of the best units (other reviews will testify this). Kathy was very pleased with the cleanness of the unit and how well it was stocked up, everything you need for a great vacation (she was saying). We responded immediately, always close enough to be able to help quickly. The bathtub was not clogged, she just didn't turn enough to open the plug properly. We never replaced her faucets (specially not two).... obviously it's not true....she just wants money back from VRBO, as she cannot efford high-seasonal prices.... exactly what she says at the end here. Yes, we replaced batteries in one remote immediately when reported. The sticky remote did not belong to the house, someone left it behind, a gaming remote which we took away.

Association posted a 6 pm closure as a one-off as on that day they discovered a pump issue and was waiting to be repaired the following morning which was indeed fixed. Emergencies we owners only get notified from Management Co the day after if the emergency happens after hours or news gets to Management Co late on the day. Liz, thank you. My villa is beautiful, all newly remodeled, spotless as you say. The dishwasher did work, you just did not close door properly, however now NEW DISHWASHER we installed. The blinds are a wear&tear items, lots of new ones are in the closet if one is missing/broken. Now BLINDS are all NEW and replaced. Those are easy fix issues, please next time call and we come and show you immediately how things work or fix issues. I take my rental business very seriously and available 24/7 for immediate action. 5-7 mins to reach Siesta Key (our island in Sarasota), immediately when you come of the bridge there is a spot to park right to the beach - you just have to know it! (of course, if you go all the way to the large 200-car county parking, all along the island, it can take an extra 10 mins)

Marie, thank you Since you were holidaying with us, after you left, all bathroom joints and faucets were changed, had to schedule plumber, didn't have time on your check in date. So now everything is new!

Nina, if you stayed 10 miles from Sarasota, you did not stay in my unit!!!! Everybody can look up the address! - no comment here. All my units are fully updated. 1/10 miles from Sarasota is true as we are right in Sarasota (vrbo sets the distance upon address) and yes, as you say 6-7 mins from lovely Siesta beach. Sarasota is a vacation town, stretched out and all my properties are right where everybody wants to be at, less than 10 mins from Siesta beach. Sorry, some lights were burned out (association has repaired it now). Yes, vrbo states their fees before you book. It is all clear. Thank you! Yes, nice villa!

Yes, thank you. Very comfortable - everyone says it! All reviews 5-star! You came in bad weather & rain, sorry out of my control. We are very clean, we take pride in our business. No restriction on AC usage, the note only states please gradually lower temperature so correctly operate AC, but no restriction on how low you go. When you enter, put AC on! New AC, works perfectly! We have two sets of mattresses which we change according to your liking, some like it soft, some like it hard. But if you say nothing, how do we know????? We ask you to call and request whatever questions/problems you may be. Note asks you on the wall and by email also, please ask! After you left, there is nothing we can do to you. Beds are now changed for brand new mattresses. The location map is by VRBO, so out of my control, but everybody can map it by address, right?
