Clean property & great location disney world

Overall clean, great location for disney world visit but Kitchen pan coating is badly peeled off, better bring your own toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, trash bag, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent because there was only one. Little picky on bath towels rules. Had to take pictures. It's well worth the price.

Nice place

Very Nice place, but there were some issues we encountered that gave us the thought that the place wasn’t cleaned well. Countertops appeared to have been wiped with a dirty rag or towel because they smelled. An air freshener or candle or something is a good idea because walking in it just had kind of a damp like scent in the air. A bit annoying that they have have all these rules about taking pictures of towels before and after. Not our thing to steal towels, but I get some ppl might. Just not the one thing one is trying to do when you first get into a house on vacation, as the towels are in every room, closet, etc. Lastly, kitchen sink was clogged, called the number and no one came. The grill cover was falling apart and grill was super dirty. Either way we couldn’t use because it had a combo lock on it, and we didn’t have the code. Messaged the ppl and they never responded. Pool water got so hot that it became unusable. Pool light didn’t work at night. In all instances, I sent a message and never heard back. Despite these annoying issues, the place was nice and worked very well for us.

Pretty Woman

We have stayed in many VRBO homes/condos but this one stood out so much that we gave it a nickname, the Pretty Woman. The pictures online looked beautiful and updated, but when we arrived we could tell that it had been used A LOT. The place smelled like mildew. The carpet was so gross that we kept our shoes on the entire stay. When I tucked my kids in at night, I could smell the last family’s cologne/smell on the blankets. My college apartment was in better condition than this rental. Don’t be tricked by the pictures. This rental is gross. We paid for two upgrades: heat the pool & use the grill. We bought a bunch of food to grill out and quickly discovered that the grill is completely rusted and barely standing. The pool was too hot to use so they turned it off after one day was then told that the deposit isn’t refundable once it was turned on. This was not in the contract. I had to fight to get a refund on these things. It took one month because the office wouldn’t put me in contact with the manager. The two people who work in the office (Ana and Yasmin) would tell me she wasn’t available, or she would call me back (never happened), or a few times when I called and asked to talk to the manager they would simply hang up on me. The lack of communication and avoidance was infuriating. I hope this review will save you the time, money and energy that we lost dealing with Magic Box.

Magic Box Vacations

From the start they charged me the wrong amount. Communication was poor, and the property was very dirty. For example the coffee pot was still dirty, furniture had stains and some kind of odor, baseboards and floor was dirty. It really needs a top to bottom cleaning. Frankly should i see Magic Box Vacations on the reservation I will run the other way. Kind of a shame, this could be a very nice rental, location was good.

Things to add.

Property was perfect and plenty of room for all 8 of us. I know it is a new property my only suggestion is to maybe have larger mixing bowls and more serving utensils. The small Tupperware available isn't enough to make dinners for a large group. The timely response for maintaince was great. Overall our stay was great and the property was perfect for our group.
