Girls Retreat

My family and I had a great time at the 2383 Condo in Washington. The condo was clean and it was so easy to check in and out. We had some missing towels and the property manager replied to my message within 15 min. and had more towels waiting for us when we got back an hour later. We would love to stay there again. Our only complaint was that the bathrooms needed more rugs because the floor was slippery and my cousin fell, but otherwise, wonderful stay!

Family friendly

Plenty of spaces to relax, 3 separate decks, and large indoor gathering rooms. Games in garage and hit tub were a hit.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

This was a great location for our enjoyment of hiking opportunities in and around Zion National Park. We appreciated the abundance of bathrooms which made it easy for our extended family to enjoy time together.

Awesome family stay, the space was super clean and would love to come some other time.

The place was amazing, it was super clean. Instructions were clear and it was easy to locate. And get places due to location. It was rough to get a hold of property manager at firsta nd make sure my payment went through but besides that everything else was wonderful

Summer vacation

The property was very nice and very clean. There was so much room for everyone and the location was very convenient. We had a problem with no hot water or water pressure our first night there and it was a little bit difficult to get a hold of the property manager but we did and the problem was quickly fixed in the morning. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything great except….

Perfect location for Zion, snow canyon and valley of fire. Every hike was excellent and different. Great set up for 4 couples. Private bathroom for each! Hot tub was wonderful with evenings in the 20’s. Our major disappointment was not offering the listed amenity of pickleball. All 8 travelled with paddles for daily tournaments scheduled. You must communicate to future guests that courts are not offered. Take down pictures and listing as offered activity.

Fun in the sun and a great space for everything else.

We were a big group of 9 adults and 4 children and we could all sit at the same dining table and on the same couch!!! 4 couples had their own bedroom and attached private bathroom. The last couple enjoyed each their own double bed with the 2 kids up above and their own bathroom across the hall. There was plenty to do with 3 game tables, a pool, and public and private hot tub. Plenty of room for our bikes in the garage and great outdoor spaces for being together on one deck or 3 separate spaces and a grill that worked. We found wonderful hikes in the binder, many bike trails, dinosaur discovery, Thunder Junction for the kids, art museum and on and on. Red Reef and Gunlock Falls were our favorite hikes but killer amounts of people at both. We had a great time. The weather was fantastic! Not too hot yet. Thank you for helping us have a great family get-together.

Great place for family gathering

This was a family gathering to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The space was perfect which allowed for togetherness as well as some time alone. The kitchen was well stocked (except for filters for the coffee maker) and big enough for group cooking. We loved the 3 decks so we could always find shade, sun or out of the wind when we wanted. It is very near the pool, easy access to the highway but allowed for privacy.

Wow!

This place was so delightful to stay in! Super clean, lots of space, perfect location. The only complaint I can think of was that there was no spatula in the kitchen. It was perfect for our family reunion.

Loved It!

We stayed for an early Christmas with our children and grand children. There were 12 of us and we were absolutely thrilled when we arrived and it was decorated for Christmas! Each bedroom was spacious and had it's own bathroom, the dining room table and living room fit all of us! We enjoyed the hot tub and would definitely stay there again.

Great house!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described, spacious with multiple decks, hot tub, fire pit, close to the pool, by the highway but we could not hear anything!

Birthday Celebration!

I celebrated my 40th birthday here and it was a blast! The place is located right off of the 15 freeway so it's easy in and out especially if you wanna go hiking on some of the various trails located close by. This Town Center place is clean and the staff is very attentive to all your needs. Things could not have gone any better, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great Place To Host A Company Retreat

What a great stay. We checked in not expecting much and found this vacation home to be exactly what we needed. With 5 guys everyone had their own bathroom and their own bedroom. The private hot tub on the balcony with the large firepit was fun for hanging out each night. The guys especially loved the ping pong and pool in the garage. We played a little pickleball and the shared pool was also fun. Can't wait to book this home again. Thanks so much.

Overall it was a beautiful house with the perfect location, there were some cleanliness issues like dishes not being clean in the cupboards , and the hot tub full of dirt and sand when we got there but I notified management and they stated there had been a bad wind storm that caused a layer of dirt to be all over the house and decks. So it was understandable. Also we had only enough silver wear, mugs and bowls for 8 and our party was 14 so it was hard to eat together for some meals. I would suggest getting a few more. The decor was tasteful and the beds were very comfortable. Overall we were very satisfied and would love to go back sometime.

Fantastic! Loved it!

The Town Center unit 2383 is a wonderful place to stay. The location is great, close to the freeway and across the road from the park and pool. Also, the location is quiet, clean, and accommodating for all ages. The home is beautifully decorated and is very comfortable. Our kids loved the ping pong and pool table and enjoyed hanging out on the large upper porch listening to music and relaxing by the gas fire pit and in the hot tub. The dining area and main living space offered a great area to dine, visit, and relax. We would stay here again a heartbeat. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

We had such a great time staying here! It was the perfect size for a family function. The kids bunk bed was a hit!! Everyone had enough space and had their own private bathroom in each room!
