Great apartment, clean, fully stocked with all essentials.
We were very comfortable in the apartment. Please be aware, however, that it is on the third floor, and no elevator service.

Not an Executive Suite
Hype and marketing of this 2 bedroom unit didn't meet expectations.
Unit is in a large, early 70's apartment complex that is tired and needs updating.
Be aware that unit is on the 3rd floor ( no working elevator). Bathrooms are very small and lack power outlets.
Decor is modern/contemporary with not comfortable seating. Overall the remodel was cheaply done.
Hallways were dark and dreary..felt like we were back in a college dorm room.
Rated unit as a 2 only because of its overall location in MSP area, fully-furnished and it's pet friendly.
Do your homework before you rent.

Great Place!
My father and I stayed here for 2 nights in June 2018 while visiting nearby family. The apartment isn’t far from the city, but be warned that there are no restaurants, etc., within walking distance so you’ll need to have a car to get around.
The apartment is very spacious and has all amenities needed for a long and comfortable stay. The decor is interesting, and while not exactly my style, it is very nice. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, a well-stocked kitchen, and a balcony (though no seating, which would be nice). Overall, the unit is very nice and clean. A few things to keep in mind: there is no central AC. There are window units in the living room and larger bedroom. This wasn’t much of a problem for us; we left the units running and doors open, and each slept with only a sheet. A window unit in the other bedroom would be an improvement. Also, the doorways to the bathrooms are narrow, and the bathrooms themselves are quite small. Again, not a problem for us, but be aware of this if you require accommodations.
Finally, the staff was terrific. We had a difficult time checking in because management was ironing out some wrinkles in their short-term check-in process (they usually rent on a longer-term basis, apparently), but they were kind, patient when we started growing impatient, and were very helpful when we had questions.
