1830年からの戸建住宅は、4月1日から9月30日までオープンしているプライベートプール付きの所有者の家の近くで完全に復元されました。 9月30日まで！ 7000 m 2の大規模な樹木が茂ったフェンスで囲まれた公園。

Serge, Beatrice are wonderful people, paying attention to every detail. Garden is spectacular, with a tranquil pool. What made it even better were the recommendations, from local festivals, to restaurants, markets and days out to see real France. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Excellent place to stay near Bergerac

Stayed here May 2023 with a few friends and Serge and Beatrice's gîte was absolutely perfect! The facilities are excellent, hosts exceptionally friendly and the pool, gardens and surrounding area delightful. We loved Serge's collection of robots! Would definitely recommend to others and absolutely stay here again!

The gite was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived Serge and Beatrice made us so welcome. Everything we could need was thought of and the gite was immaculate - the pool area in particular felt like a slice of paradise. We explored the local area, sampled food and wine from the markets and restaurants - the area, from the vineyards to the beautiful villages, is just stunning and the gite a perfect place from which to explore. A wonderful holiday was had by the whole family. Thank you Serge and Beatrice!

This is a superb Gite which provided all the essentials to relax and enjoy our visit; including an extensive arrivals package. Both the Gite and garden are beautiful. The pool was large with extensive seating. The house was very comfortable and included air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Located just south of Bergerac town and the Dordogne it is ideally located to explore Saint-Emilion, Eymet, Issigeac, Monpazier, Molieres and beyond. Serge and Beatrice were excellent hosts and went out of their way to be helpful: Many thanks for a great week

One of the best property we stayed into

The hosts were very nice and welcoming. House and the garden was fantastic. Inside is equipped with everything we needed and outside was sufficient amount of toys to entertain the kids. Strongly recommended it

Fabulous property with warm and welcoming hosts

This is a fabulous property so close to Bergerac. Serge & Beatrice are extremely welcoming hosts, who have put a huge amount of work into the pool and garden as well as providing outdoor games and bicycles. We spent most of our time at La Salagre out by the pool. Heated to approx 24 *, with beautiful planting, lots of sunbeds, both it and the immaculate garden are outstanding. Proximity to Bergerac is also a huge plus, with lots of lovely restaurants, bars and boutiques. We highly recommend a stay in La Salagre and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Break in Bergerac

Everything exceeded our expectations, Gîte de la Salagre is a diamond in the Bergerac countryside, surrounded by vineyards, it has everything, Serge et Béatrice are wonderful hosts and thought of everything. We would definitely return.

Perfect tranquil hideaway

Property was beautiful and exactly as described. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful, even providing a welcome supper as our flight landed late on a Sunday. The apple tart was delicious. Serge could not have been more helpful in recommending places to visit, markets and the best local wines! We have no hesitation in recommending this property if you’re wanting a rural, tranquil stay, but not too far from places to visit.

Beautiful, clean and well appointed home for a holiday. Serge & his wife made themselves untouchable, despite living next door, and could not have been more helpful in mailing sure we had a perfect holiday.

The property is superb. It's exactly how it looks and described on the website - clean, comfortable, well furnished with great facilities - swimming pool and area around it, gardens, table tennis, pertanque, badminton, table football and bikes to hire. Great wifi reception as well Situated in a lovely and quiet spot, surrounded by Vineyards but not too far from shops in the local village or Bergerac itself - about 10 minutes drive away

Perfection!

We had the most wonderful week at this beautiful gite. The pool and the gardens were wonderful for walks and for our dog to explore. Inside, the furnished property had thought of everything. Upon arrival, our hosts came to greet us and had prepared a beautiful fruit flan, jam and a bottle of wine. The gite is secluded and in the country, but close to vineyards and restaurants and very close to the town. We had a truly wonderful holiday.

The hosts, Beatrice and Serg were so kind and welcomingg

This property is immaculate, totally equipped for a group of single ladies or families. The pool area is beautiful and the hosts have put so much thought into the gardens. There are some lovely spots to eat a meal whether you want to be in the sun or the shade, so catering for everyone. I couldn't recommend this part of France more, bergerac is a beautiful town with lots of great places to eat, grab a beer or just get an ice cream. The shopping is fab for gifts, clothes, market produce and also lovely jewellers. We will be returning to this fabulous villa next year!!!

Great property, brilliant pool and lovely hosts

We had a super stay at La Salagre. The property is in a lovely location surrounded by vineyards and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The pool and pool area are absolutely fantastic and a lovely place to relax. It was so hot that we made the most of the pool and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was great. Serge and Beatrice were lovely and friendly hosts who made us feel very welcome and had lots of suggestions for things to do. It was great being able to practice some French when speaking with them. I’d definitely recommend a stay in this gite. Thank you

Stunning gardens and pool

Serge and Bea have created paradise in the Dordogne in the form of stunning gardens and a clean, warm pool in which our girls spent much of the week. So many places to sit and enjoy within the gardens that we barely felt the need to leave. Ping pong, table football, pétanque, badminton and bikes also kept us entertained. Lovely restaurants and degustastions nearby. Oh and the air conditioning kept us perfectly cool during the hot nights too. One of our favourite trips to France. Highly recommended. Beautiful gite, would come again!

Stunning gite, well maintained and beautifully kept by the kindest loveliest couple Serge and Beatrice. They would do anything for you 😀 The pool was kept clean and was great fun, everything in the gite for perfect for our stay. Kids loved the pool, football, bowls, table tennis and football table. Many peaceful places to chill and take in the beautiful gardens and surrounding vineyards. Homemade apple tart, pear jam and bottle of wine from the local vineyard welcomed us on our first day. Thanks for everything Serge and Beatrice x
